I don't know if I have anything especially rare, but I do have a few of the white Kevin Flynn Identity Disks. I also have an original 1982 TRON movie poster that I picked up recently. I still need to get it framed. I also have the 20th anniversary TRON DVD. Other than that, I have several of the TRON: Legacy toys, not nearly the full collection though. I still have to put together my TRON shrine! Eventually, I'll put it together and take some photos! LOL!
The one thing I wish I had kept from my childhood was my yellow Tomy lightcycle with rip cord. That thing was awesome! I can't even remember what happened to it. I either busted it up and threw it away or it was given away with other toys as my parents cleaned out my toy box as I got older.
There's still a few other TRON or TRON: Legacy items that I'd like to get, but for the most part, I'm pretty satisfied with my collection as it is.

Last year I was able to pick up a hand-cut sample of the original pop-up book. I would guess that it's rare but idk. The cutting sure is rough.

Mine is probably a screen used Flynn helmet as worn my Jeff Bridges. Inside it says JEFF #1.
Also got an original Mobeius storyboard.
Then there's an unused paper block from 82. Only one I have ever seen.
Kodalith cel in its original shipping box. Never seen another shipping box. Another kodalith cel from the B/W test footage before TRON was filmed.
A pre-Disney folder, showing TRON as an animated movie with lots of animation designs and a full script. Was owned by Syd Mead.
An original production script. Several Polaroid pictures of the CGI when it was a WIP.
A 20th anniversary DVD store display. Never seen another.

I guess in addition to the stuff I mentioned previously, I've also got the Art of Tron Legacy book. My collection doesn't really contain much rare stuff, though if it does, I don't know it, haha.

Not been collecting Tron stuff that long but I've picked up the Adidas jacket and the Sam Flynn + Arcade twin set sealed recently which I'm quite pleased with. I have a few things like i have all 3 Big Light Cycles Deluxe Sam Flynn, Deluxe Clu and Kevin Flynn. I have the deluxe Black Guard and Deluxe Rinzler Figures, Tron Betrayal, Tron Evolution wii and xbox 360 games and a classic 1982 MCP Guard figure missing his staff.

i found out that my MCP Guard Figure is a SDCC Promo Black figure from the 20th anniversary toy line the one i found is on ebay for $60 i was so happy when i found it because before i could never find it and i thought it was a misprint but i was wrong

Wow! Some quite rare stuff above! Is awesome. Glad Tron could have some faithfuls preserving these items.
I have Lisberger's very first thought and envisionment of Tron, scribbled on a napkin he drew in an eatery in 1968. HAHAHAAH
