the jarvis line can be said to be related to when Allen received the page possibly considering the fact that it was a rumor from what the programs were hearing. Considering that & sams curiosity at flynns arcade while tinkering with the doods server. it makes sense to me.

Seems as though the speech was intended to goad Flynn out of hiding. it's followed by "game on, old friend" which would suggest that Clu's attention-getter (including fireworks) was successful.

I always figured it was just to intimidate Sam.
He's essentially telling him who's in charge and who "got rid" of the User (K. Flynn).

Yeah, I think I was the one that actually pointed that out on one of the other threads here a while back. But, after I got the Blu-ray, I realized I was wrong. He doesn't call her "Q", he calls her "kiddo". Turn on the closed captioning and you'll see it. I was a bit disappointed to learn that, because I thought it would have been a much better story element for him to refer to her as "Q". But I guess "kiddo" is alright too.

Closed captioning, what is that, something thinks they hear and adds to the script of the video? I turned it up on my computer as loud as I could and still hear "Q".

I guess it's actually called subtitles. It's all the dialogue displayed in text on the screen so that hearing impaired viewers can watch the movie and understand what is being said and what is going on.
(Kia Purity, correct me if I'm wrong on this. )

Yep, ditto here, ID. Think he's saying "Q" there, not "kiddo".
(which would make sense, because his son's the only one he would call "kiddo.")
I can grab a clip from it, load that as a high-density sound file with wave graphics enabled, and then zoom in and listen to each syllable, but, don't have time at the moment. I'll have to listen carefully too. I am usually doubtful of closed captioning on TV shows because it's rarely accurate, but on a movie you'd think they'd take it right from the script, rather than someone listening and trying to type furiously. (although, foreign-language subtitles on movies are not always accurate and sometimes will give only the gist of what was said- and while you get the idea, something is always lost in not having the exact dialogue-- so who knows)order abortion pill abortion pill buy online where to buy abortion pill
