As I said in the post, what Flynn did caused the wounds to heal about half-way. The bleeding stopped and such, but the wounds weren't gone completely. That's what she's doing now. She can use her disk to close the wounds completely, even though she can't replace the lost blood. And she'll have scars, but that's not really a problem.

Okay the way I sort of thought things might happen is that Flynn might come over and watch Spark repair her code, then Clu2 can introduce Tron to Rinzler - and then everyone feels very weird for a second - like you missed a step going down stairs. There's a "What the **** was that?!?" moment, and then everyone calms down again - except Spark, who, as a User who is connected to the system, feels that something is going to go wrong soon - and Clu2, who picks up on Spark's unease and the possible reasons for it.

I was thinking that the glitches start once they are all on the Solar Sailer heading for the portal - maybe the beam becomes unsteady and they have to do some very quick repairs(Clu creates the blue-prints and Spark makes them or something). Then we see disks that look normal but fall pixels when touched, and some other strange things. Maybe Zec gets a call from his club that programs are literally disappearing into thin air *pokes trekking95*. What do you think? Could that work?
