Received word from the mod of a disney parks fan blog that the TRON monorail at DisneyWorld(Orlando) has been un-wrapped and returned to the standard Monorail Coral configuration. Not sure about the ones in California.

DANG IT!! I was wanting to go to Disney this year but I decited to go next year..... now I wish I would have gone this year  so I could have seen it before they got rid of it!!!

I saw it at Disney World in March but didn't have the opportunity to ride it, just the plain ones.
But it was still cool looking seeing it go around the parks, especially into Epcot with the entire futuristic look of the park. The appearance just didn't quite gibe well in front of the Magic Kingdom.
But since the movie has been out on DVD/Blu-Ray for about 2+ months, it was time to remove the wrap.
Let's hope it comes back for Tron 3.

...I noticed they changed them at Disneyland, but I didn't know they were based off TRON...
If the ones at California are supposed to be black with red stripes, then they're still up as of 07-20-2011.

Now a new monorail has been installed at Disneyland with a fresher look. Is this the one you saw?
