Apologies if someone kicked off a thread about this already, but have any of you played the Xbox / Playstation game Child of Eden yet? I haven't, but I'm working on getting my mitts on it as soon as I can - the glowing reviews and videos make me wish I could afford a Kinect too!
The more I see, I can't help but wonder if, had someone decided to remake Tron rather than go the sequel route, the Grid could have wound up looking something like Eden, the game's Earth-spanning virtual archive of human memory.

I've heard about this game and I'd like to play it, but I don't own an Xbox 360 (or a Kinect for that matter). The game is actually a spiritual successor to a Japan/Europe-only Dreamcast game called Rez (which was later released in North America on the PS2).

Japan always gets the best games!
and the best systems.
I used to love Sega.. still do..

I haven't played Children Of Eden yet but have heard it makes great use of the kinect controls.

I have this game- unfortunately, it is extremely frustrating and you pretty much end up flailing your arms around like an idiot. If anything I'd get it for the visuals but aside from that, it wasn't too impressive
