I know, it was great talking with Bruce, who is very understanding of his fans. ;-) I could even say....I touched him!!! But no pic so no hug :-(
I did get a hug from Robbie McNeill though. *does the happy Star Trek Voyager, loves Tom Paris dance*

Speaking of getting pictures taken, I've got a cute little anecdote that I just remembered. On the last day of the con, I was waiting for the second prints of the photo ops to be set out for pick-up, and I ran into some of the other programs I'd seen before - the pics are here somewhere. We were standing around talking, and someone wanted to take a picture with us. We said "sure" so that person did, and then another person wanted to, and another, and another, and soon enough there was this long line of people wanting to take pictures with us. It was stretching all the way back to the autograph lines! My arms got tired from holding my disks in battle poses for so long.

That is always SO awesome when someone loves your costume seeing as usually you spend so much time and/or money on them. So far that has only happened with my Sailor Neptune costume at the Anime convention a few years ago. It was so awesome having all that attention 
This year at Halloween and hopefully Disneyworld's Halloween bash in September I will be rockin' my Evil Quorra (Aerial) costume with modded yellow disc and grabbing lots of attention  I can't wait to be all glowing in the dark rides hehe
Bet it was nice feeling like a celebrity for a day though

Was anyone planning on going to DragonCon this year? I didn't know Bruce was appearing but the list of guests looks so good. I can't go though.

DragonCon is held in Atlanta. It's scheduled for Labor Day weekend this year.

I go there a lot, it's really fun (since we have family there we dont have to pay for a hotel or food and its easily drivable in less than 1/2 a day for us). We were going to go this year and do Disneyworld later if Bruce or Jeff was going to be there but, alas - no Tron LoL
Here's to hoping at least one is at D*C next year!  If there is, it would be a good place for another meet-up

We wanted to go to Atlanta to see my hubby's uncle anyways, this makes it just so so so so so so much better

From what I read, hotels are booked solid, but if you live nearby, no big deal. I think you can still get tix. The guest list is a nice one this year.
Isn't Bruce appearing at Dizzyworld or someplace in Florida with Ms Cindy Morgan, and some of the bits players, as well as t he guy who played Rinzler doing his fancy flips? I forgot the pertinent info on this appearance. He seems to be doing the Cons of late. :-) Bruce I mean,

Yes, both Mr. Boxleitner and Ms. Morgan are on the media guest list at Florida Supercon. It takes place from July 1-4 in Miami.
