If by Mick Jagger you mean David Bowie and by Russell Brand you mean Charlie Chaplin, then it's probably because he deliberately riffed on them for his character.

How do you come to the conclusion that it is "clearly" a mistake and that there is no other possible explanation? If the person was not supposed to be seen why would they be laying down in the first place? Why would they be on the set? Why would the dozens of people on set not tell the guy to move?
I would say it is a far more logical conclusion that it is an injured program, like Quorra, and that he/she just doesn't have any circuitry showing.
Also, I doubt you're the first person to spot this. I noticed it myself but did not think to mention it as it's not a blooper. It is interesting as a further confirmation of how Programs can be injured and that it's not just an ISO thing. I wonder if they are able to be healed in some way other than by a User?

Based on the boots and knees of the person laying down from the first picture, it appears to be the guy on the far right in the group of 3 referenced in the second picture.

When I looked at that picture Kat linked to I immediately thought of it as a Star Destroyer that had been jacked and converted into a party ship by pirates.

No, it IS a mistake, otherwise he/she would have been there when Castor irst starts his little dance. So you can argue till the co2ws come home as to whether the ifgure is knocked out or whatever, but those theories are largely moot since it wasn't there in previous shots. It's a blooper is all......unless we hear frrom Kosinski on this one. Wasn't someone oging to contact him or something?
