Yeah I know that much (ICT Technician here  ) but what I mean is I am not sure if there was communication between the USA and say England and France during this period. So for those of you who write, what is your regimen? Do you try to get in at lest say 500 to 1,000 words written in a day? How do you revise things?

Honestly, I'm not good at discipline. I write when I feel like it. If I force myself to write, it sounds forced (though I imagine this goes away with practice). When I feel "inspired," that's when I do my best work, whether it's words or music. So sometimes it's very slow going.
As far as revision...often just when I read it over I'll find a word I want to change or add or subtract, or a new idea that comes to me. Sometimes I'll leave it for a day or two and then come back to it when I'm a bit more "fresh" and not high on the excitement of writing, and see if I still like it. Since I post at fanfic, I try to do a chapter at a time, and depending on if I have the idea sketched out or not, means doing a chapter in one night or dragging it out for a couple of days. Sometimes work is slow so I can do some while at work.
I tend to finish it and then go back and re-read to look for errors. Then I'll read it online, as if I were just any reader, to see if it sounds ok or look for missed errors. fanfic does let you edit and repost easily, a nice feature.abortion pills online abortion questions cytotec abortion

I try not to stick to anything if you force it you'll find that it just doesnt fit or you've written total rubbish. Only write as much as you feel is right and let it flow, a good tip stop in the middle of a sentence. The reason for this is if you finish the night at the end of a paragraph you'll sit there thinking "ummmm what was I going to write next" yet if you finish mid flow and read the last few sentences you'll end up picking it up straight away without needing to think hard.

I don't try to force anything...but I try to write as much as I can. I'm not saying that I write every day, but often. I try to get reacquainted with what I'm working on as much as I can, but honestly if it sounds incoherent or crappy, that's okay. Nobody writes a good first draft, it all comes down to when/how you revise. And when you're revising, I've found that having more material to work from leads to a superior product. That's what works for me at least.

You write for an hour on a story, the goal is to get as many words as possible in an hour. It's a great exercise that gets you typing. We tag them as either #ww or #wordwar.
