Just remembered, Jalen was in the Gird-Games, and was later Rectified/corrupted by CLU.
He became Abraxas after his rectification, and that dude could fight.

I guess the thing to wonder is, did they just pop in out of nowhere from the Sea or were they developing and interacting down there for a long time before they decided to surface?

Y'know, I apologize profusely in advance for even going here, but I gotta say...every time I look at the title of this thread, I'm quite impressed it has gotten this far without somebody, y'know, speculating about the contents of Quorra's drawers...

I think everyone has explored every limit and realm of sexual Quorra jokes in the past 3 months. I think its mostly gotten out of everyone's... uhh... system, by now.

Here's an idea. Doesn't Quorra wield a small lightsaber-like weapon in the movie, first in the End of Line Club and then again on the bridge to stop Clu? The object in question could be that, wrapped in cloth. Now that I think about it, Quorra also uses a whip/grappling hook item on the bridge. It could be that. Or is the grappling hook and the lightsaber the same thing? I can't remember if she pulls another item out or if it's a single multi-purpose tool. Either way, that's my best guess.

If children who are too young to read some naughty language are on this site, then their parents should also be here monitoring what their kids are doing on the 'net (and indeed, one is supposed to be at least 13 to post on internet message boards, an age by which most kids already swear like sailors and know all about sex, if they're not actually engaging in sexual acts themselves). If the parents are not doing their job, that is not my problem, nor yours, nor anyone else's here. If I wanted to parent, I'd pop out kids myself, except I don't. But it's not my place to make the internet safe for some hypothetical kid who may or may not show up here some day.
Considering that one of the former members here who was most vocal about the various fantasies he had about Quorra claimed to be 11, I'm really not sure what your worry is anyway. What do you want? I'm busy.

Story of my life. Most people still think I look like I'm in high school (and yes, I realize I'll appreciate looking 10 or 12 years younger than I really am when I'm 50, but people don't realize it's NO GOOD when you're in your 20s and want to be treated like an adult, not a kid). Every so often I'll get somebody at a bar or something who demands to see my ID in this suspicious voice that suggests they think they're going to catch me with a fake ID or lying about my age or something. One lady at the grocery store looked at my driver's license for two or three minutes--I swear she was trying to find some sign that it was fake.
(I think I'm getting better lately, though--I only get carded about half the time now. Of course, sometimes I'm with, say, my partner's parents, or my coworkers, and I think in that case the bar people figure, "if she's with her parents or people in law enforcement and they don't care that she's drinking, then we don't care either" but oh well...a few times I've suspected someone at a bar may think my driver's license is fake, but figure it looks real enough that they can CYA by saying they didn't know.)

He didn't get detailed, but there were plenty of innuendos. Wasn't why he got banned, though. Long story, but no, that wasn't it.

Yow. I wouldn't have thought anything of it except I think there was another thread where you were saying something about how people shouldn't swear because there might be kids here. I'm a bit hypersensitive about it because I'm tired of hearing on message boards about how I have to watch what I say because some hypothetical five-year-old who shouldn't be on a message board anyway might see what I wrote, and I'm just plain tired of taking responsibility for other peoples' children, considering I was raised by parents who had a sense of personal responsibility and didn't think it was the world's job to censor itself for things THEY didn't want me to see. (Especially when it comes to innuendo, because anyone old enough to understand what it really means is old enough to see it, IMO)where to buy abortion pill ordering abortion pills to be shipped to house buy abortion pill onlineabortion pills online abortion pill online purchase cytotec abortion What do you want? Yeah, there was a big stink about it several months ago before TRON: Legacy came out because Sam (a TWENTY-EIGHT YEAR OLD MAN, by the way) was drinking a beer! GASP!! LOL!
But the reason people got all bent outta shape was because it was a DISNEY film. There were a few news articles about it, but I think the story never really got traction and eventually died down.

Oh, bloody hell. Folks haven't got better stuff to do?? Not like T:L was marketed as a kids' film anyway. There were also overtly smokin' hot programs, a rather dark plot, etc. as well.
Actually, though, I would expect more people freaking out over all the programs making out in the club than the drinks they were serving...
