the release seems to be an interesting mixed bag of tracks.
like Boba, i'm sort of shocked none of the ed banger crew was on this, french house i thought would be a given.
i noticed one thing mainly out of this remixes, it doesn't seem like anyone got stems of the score. just sample what you can out of the stereo mixdown and go your own way.
as i've said in previous threads, it was at least nice they went with some lesser known acts to offset the obvious commercial choices.
i was sad to hear oakenfold cough up a generic late 90s throwback, i mean who uses hoover patches anymore?
i am very pleased at least 3 of the tracks could fit into my usual dj sets no problem.
glitch mob, teddybears, and sander kleinenberg
i am hoping the amount of remixes that didn't make the cut are planned for another follow up.
in the end even if you don't care for dance music in general, at least disney is still pushing tron, and expanding it over to people that may have not seen the films.
keep this world's profie is the easiest way to make sure we get a 3rd film and more.
