Nope, doesn't carry it on the front.

In Tron, we see Tron lying on his back by the pool, Ram lying in the recognizer. Flynn was on his side, wasn't he and then turned onto his belly. I was thinking about this for some reason on my way home today. I had a hypothesis... perhaps it's not a program. Lots of programs have extensions and plugins and such... so assuming End Of Line is like a runtime environment or something, then perhaps that server is just a plugin or extension, and as such, has no identity within the system as an individual application.
