hello tron community
i like to pretend i am contributing things of merit to you, you glorious thing
My computer is a pile of junk that constantly crashes and deletes everything forever, Sark does not want me to conceptualize his True and Genuine Love™ for the MCP through drawings and text, clearly. and now with the advent of DAVID WARNER IN VEGAS OH GOD OH MAN it doesn't look like I'll be able to get a beautiful new laptop within the year. So! Here are two extremely indulgent things I whipped up to relax after a burst of extreme rage and frustration, after my seventh or so massive hard drive failure.
Also, the images are kinda big so. Uh. Dial-up beware?

http://i52.tinypic.com/98fypt.png - An exorbitantly indulgent and scrapped ~Legacy Sark~ design. He's way too roidraging and mechanical to fit in with the Tron aesthetic, and imagining any CGI zombie incarnation of David Warner wearing in it just makes me embarrassed for him [how is this even possible he was in the ceminatic abortion that was Ice Cream Man and a soft-core porn with Pamela Andersen fffff], but it gave me some great ideas in a lot of small places for my next try - especially in regards to the helmet.
But by the time I draft up a design I'm actually satisfied with, the third movie will probably be out.

My hurpadurp excuse for Sark's god-awful circuitry in the first picture is because I really suck at coloring in SAI and Photoshop is too big of a RAM-sucking juggernaut for me to run currently sob I imagine his armor as actually being armor; the patterns are suppose to reflect a really crappy draft of what I imagine his unitard to look like. because that totally doesn't open up a whole 'nother can of WHY ARE THE CIRCUITS ON HIS SKIN worms amirite???

And I don't particularly know why I've taken such a liking to his character, lesigh. Also his silly radio/TV antenna are just so terribly endearing. His name is a tribute to the freakin' Sarkes Tarzian company, man. I will never be able to unsee the antenna.

About a year ago, I saw 'classic stark' in a drawing that did look better than the live costume in the film. There wasn't any change to it other than it was drawn to look much more of a natural fitting than in the movie. I wished I could find that again so you guys could see for your self..
