Nice suprise sitting on front porch when I got home from work. Got the UK Recogniser from Tron sector member mbefc2005. Arrived in excellent condition minus a small tear in card board, no biggy....its coming out for display.

Well I had been watching the ones at Walmart for awhile, hoping they would be reduced in price more, but they are still at $7 and they only had two left yesterday when I was there, and the Disney Store has them for $5.99, and when they offered free shipping, I figured that was probably the best deal that I was going to find anywhere, and at least if I completely mess up on one of them I won't be out too much money because this will be my first attempt at painting anything like this.

Stopped by Targette tonight for no reason other than to see if they were clearancing any Tron stuff. At first, it was the same old stuff. Then we saw 3 Series 2 2-packs:

I was in shock. I asked the guy who works the dept. (who knows us by now) where they came from (since he had just told me they got no new stock since we were there last time, which was weeks ago). He said they were in an unmarked box on a top shelf in the back stockroom -.- He said someone got yelled at for it. Sigh. I wonder what else I lost out on because someone was scarfing the goods in the backroom?? I paid top $ for those puppies from Germany. Sigh. I hope whoever was responsible chokes on their ill-gotten booty. 'Nuff said.
