I thought I'd throw this idea on the wall to see if it sticks. If some rumors are true that the fate of another Tron sequel could go either way. If they really are close to deciding but haven't done so yet, maybe every little bit will help. Does anyone think some kind of grassroots Internet petition could nudge things into our favor if it really could go either way. If such a petition could get enough publicity on other forums and other movie web sites, maybe it could generate enough signatures to at least be noticed by the powers that be. If you guys think it could be worthwhile I'd volunteer myself to write it and get it set up.
I realize there is a lot of factors that go into these decisions at the studio level but perhaps a successful petition would be one more thing to add to the green light side of the decision scale.order abortion pill abortion pill buy online where to buy abortion pillabortion pills online http://www.kvicksundscupen.se/template/default.aspx?abortion-questions cytotec abortion

I think than we could be more original than a petition. We should do something big and memorable, like CNN big... I don't think petitions make a huge difference. I'm all for a grassroots campaign but let's do something different!abortion pills online abortion pill online purchase cytotec abortion

I don't think that it would be effective, or even necessary.
Money is what will allow the next sequel to happen. They've made a good chunk of it, and the public interest is there. It'll happen.
Online petitions or campaigns (outside of politics) rarely pan out to any sort of change or action from the parties they're directed towards.

Just brainstorming here...
-We could get a panel of Scientists/Computer programers to talk about ISOs.
-Build a lightcycle (obviously it wouldn't have a light-trail or go fast but still) and paint Tron 3 on it and ride it all over the country.
-Someone (like a hired stuntman who is pretty cheap) could BASE jump off of Windows headquarters with either Tron 3 or Sam's 89 logo on their parachute.
-Get Tron Guy to make a legacy type suit and make videos calling for a Tron 3.
Those are just a few ideas, I'll think about som more that might be a bit more plausible lol.where to buy abortion pill http://blog.bitimpulse.com/template/default.aspx?abortion-types buy abortion pill onlineabortion pills online http://www.kvicksundscupen.se/template/default.aspx?abortion-questions cytotec abortion

^ Like I said most of them are impractical. (Except maybe the Tron Guy one... )I just think that if we were going to do something grassroots, we should do something unordinary because we aren't a regular fandom.I know we would have a budget of like nothing, but we could throw ideas around. Nothing's wrong with that right?
Here are some different ideas, fans could remix some of Wendy Carlos and Daft Punks music from the movies and any profit would go to charity.
Anyone else have any other ideas?

YES, Friends.
Excuse my English, I use the automatic translator.
And so.
Let's understand here that.
Disney is not a black box, it is the big concern, corporation, in which weight of the different centers of influence.
In it already there are centers of our supporters, and the centers of opponents which were and will be ALWAYS.
The belief gives forces, force gives the power, the power gives money, money gives desire realization. You still here?
We have belief, desire, enthusiasm, knowledge, and truth.
Force in truth, one hero has told, and it is right.
At us it is a lot of question (not problems!) - we don't know our force, and our power on Disney.
Good.
We know that Disney doesn't love pressure, scandals, bad reputation, manipulations, a competition, small Box Office, and use of the TM.
Disney loves - the big Box Office, good reputation, the power in the market, the TM, a merchandising.
We can either manipulate, or press, either ask, or help.
Good.
1. Demonstrations = manipulations - effect return.
2. Threats = pressure - without chances
3. Requests = the petition - effect close to zero
4. A whip-round, (buying up of Tron-toys etc.) - effect close to zero.
At first sight we can't anything. What to do?
Let's return to the beginning.
Line the First.
------
We can or help our supporters with Disney, or disturb to enemies of the Tron in Disney.
How?
Line the Second.
--------
The Internet has the power? Force?
What?
At first I thought to suggest to write a song, to make a clip...
Has then understood that it too small.
Let's while think as us to help the Tron 3 from within.

The remix album is a good idea, but those things need massive music blog attention to go anywhere, and trying to sell it (regardless of whether its being pocketed or donated) would be an issue. I'd be game for helping out on something like that, I've got connections to a massive Daft Punk fanbase, and lots of house DJs and producers. Todd Edwards (vocalist/producer for their track Face To Face) told me he was really influenced by Wendy Carlos, and lots of his older material used samples from some of her work. So I dunno.where to buy abortion pill abortion types buy abortion pill online

Ideas the Part II
Who has the power in Hollywood?
Whether we refer to it?
The album of remixes will be apprehended more likely as a bonus to Legacy promotion.
You understand, what even 1 TV-reporting will give nothing really?
Actors can't anything. Disney is closed. It is necessary to search for openings.

Oh, and hey when I was talking about building a Lightcycle I just meant converting/painting an old motorcycle a la t"he Appamobile". Some fans of the Avatar:the last airbender cartoon converted an old van into something that looked like the flying bison called Appa in preperation of the movie. The movie sucked but the Appamobile is still cool.

EDIT: I have more ideas, though I have to say I like the music one the best
-In addition to music by fans and stuff, maybe we could do fan posters and fan trailers.
-Maybe we have a national glow in the dark/light up clothes day.
-And maybe we could have a universal sci-fi fandom appreciation day by teaming up with the 501st legion, Star Trek fans, Battlestar Gallactica fans, Dr. Who fans etc. and just raise awareness about things like Tron 3, Han shot first etc.

It is certainly good, but it is necessary for us that Disney would notice and has wanted to shoot film.
So something is necessary level of demonstrations, or something noisy, or special actions on the Internet
But result of all of it I give no more than 15 %
It is necessary to search for something other.
It not a serial, this cinema.

Well, let's not discount being able to pull something off. Some will recall that Family Guy was canceled and eventually, thanks to a big campaign primarily on the internet, came back.
Others that may be in the know have linked Tron 3 to DVD sales. /Scooby Doo Mode That sounds like a clue /sd.
Write Disney. Not email. Letters, mailed. Let them know of your interest. An online campaign is easy to ignore. Letters, from what I recall, get more notice.

I'm not saying that this isn't a good idea--fan campaigns kept Star Trek on the air for three seasons, made Serenity happen, got Caprica made, etc.
But what we're underestimating right now is the power that the DVD/BluRay sales are going to hold over the studio's decision.
Family Guy and Firefly (via Serenity) were kept alive through DVD sales, not fan campaigns. The purchasing power of the fans are what really brought those franchises back, not just fan love.
We've also kind of been adhering to an old-school model of franchising from the late 70s/early 80s in which a movie has to make a certain amount at box-office before it's viable for sequel treatment. Home video forms the bulk of profitability for feature films nowadays, and I think we're going to hear the official news on TR3N in May or later, not before, when they get data from the April launches of the DVD/BluRay. Post-release merchandising is great, but they can expect not only way more revenue when the home video launches but also a bump in merch sales once people are reminded how much they like the flicks.
So yeah, coupling a letter-writing campaign with what I assume are going to be stellar BluRay sales (I think Legacy will be one of those I-need-this-to-show-off-my-new-HDTV movies) is definitely the way to go.
Also, there are a bunch of fan projects on the way too -- Corruption and Morphology being two that are homegrown here on Tron-Sector -- so if we can come up with a name for this campaign, promote it heavily on this forum and others, as well as through PSA-style commentary at the end of the fan films and in fanfics etc., provide people with the address to send letters to (maybe even a printable address label with a custom logo for the campaign?), and present a firmly united front with this rather than individual fans writing in, I think we can really do something here.where to buy abortion pill abortion types buy abortion pill online

Understood. I wasn't suggesting that letters alone would do the trick but there's a combination here. Take Family Guy and others. Some of those DVD sales, I suspect, were generated through various online campaigns and getting the word out. At least it was in my case so I'm guessing that there are others as well.
Taking a combined approach with grassroots promotions of DVD/BluRay sales along with other efforts could definitely show Disney that there's some serious business involved here.order abortion pill morning after pill price where to buy abortion pillabortion pills online abortion pill online purchase cytotec abortion

I think that "TR3N" should be in it, just because it's kind of a fanboy mark.. maybe something like "Programs United" or something?
Also... artists? Here? Like a million :P Let's get some names and a specific plan going first.

i'm afraid the only way to push a tron 3 is to promote Tron Legacy when it's still in theater, buy a couple of dvd copies and encourage anyone close to you to do the same when they released.
Money is all they cared about and anthing is not effective in my point of view.
