Yeah the Kevin Flynn's are really hard to find. I've only seen a few Rinzler's too, grabbed both of the KF's I saw though. Here's a pic of my set so far (have an extra Rinzler and KF for the collection, you need 2 Rinzlers anyway

Just scored both the white Kevin Flynn disc AND two Rinzler's at the Target at my area! They were the only ones too amid all the Sam discs. Got all three for only 13.99 a piece... that that you nasty e-bayers!
My tip for anyone hunting the discs? Get there early when Target first opens, at 8 am. Best chance to score a white disc.abortion pills online abortion pill online purchase cytotec abortion

Target is definitely the best place I've seen. Even better, they are on sale. I found another Kevin Flynn tonight, from what I've read each case has 1 KF and 2 Rinzlers, and the rest are Sam Flynn. Personally I've seen one Rinzler at a Toys R Us, other than that I've never seen anything other than a Sam outside of Target.
If stores aren't carrying Wave 2 toys they won't get a Kevin Flynn or a Rinzler disc.

Speaking of discs, Amazon just put up two Rinzlers and one Kevn Flynn disc at $20 apiece with prime shipping. Pretty good deal if you can't find it at Target

HOW THE HECK DO WE ATTACH THEM SECURELY TO OUR COSTUMES??

I recently stalked the Target webpage (as this was the only place i could find them even listed without leaving my house.) i live in the boonies and we only have a walmart that doesnt seem to be able to either keep all their tron stuff in stock or their lazy.. who knows. but i should be receiving them in the next few days.
i would suggest that if anyone is looking for the Kevin Flynn and Rinzler disk to stalk the Target web page (or if ur able to get to the store.. i would actually call and have them reserve it till i got there. use to work at target so they should be capable of holding it for 24 hours) for them to get in stock! i even checked several times that day and got lucky. hope all you hunters get them. and dont buy them on ebay. its tempting but like they say... good things come to those who wait! good luck =) i will probably post some pics and a vid for fun.

oh yeah i wanted to mention that Target has them for 13.99 i was able to two for 5 extra dollars so when u think about it its a pretty good bargain! i had them shipped and still saved money

Thanks User420! I haven't gotten my setup complete yet but I do like the way all three rings look together. The vaultboy was kind of an accident, I keep a lot of my LE game stuff on the same shelf right now.

Yeah the white disc is definitely not translucent by any stretch but you can see the LEDs in a dark room. The black discs are much better at hiding this issue, obviously. Still looks awesome as hell imo. A lot of the pics you aren't able to tell, but the disc has two shades of white. Nice details.

(Most of) you guys are dead lucky being able to walk into a store and buy the Tron Legacy toys, where I live just about none of the shops have anything Tron related (maybe the console game & DVD, if that), not only that you're getting them cheaper, I ordered two Sam deluxe discs from the online UK Disney Store and it cost me £20 each + £5 postage (about $68 total) and the Rinzler & Kevin deluxe discs? I don't think they were even sold in the UK so eBay it the only place I can get those, I've got a Rinzler disc on it's way from the US ($37.91 inc. postage) but the sellers of the Kevin discs jacked the prices way up
However the deluxe discs look great, apart from one aspect - utterly crap illumination, 8 LEDs to light the C and outer ring? do me a lemon.
So with one of my Sam discs I'm going to increase the LED count from 8 to 108
Work in progress so far:
I've figured out how to interface a Picaxe microcontroller with the original circuitboard so that's staying (for the audio side of things) and it'll behave just as it did before, but the Picaxe will control 60 LEDs on the outer ring (in sets of 5 so I can get a spinning effect) and 48 LEDs on the C ring. It'll be powered by 4x AAA batteries, though I won't expect them to last very long when all the LEDs are being run at max brightness.
Really looking forward to completing it.
As a test I put some EL wire under the C ring and took a pic: (it doesn't look that bright in real life, but the LEDs will be super bright)

Hey thanks! That figure seems to be more popular than the tron stuff lol. It came with the collector's edition of FO3. Pretty nice set, came with a metal lunch box too along with the bobblehead.
