Next to the Lightcycle the Tank from the original Tron was my favorite vehicle. I'm sad that we only saw a 2 second top only view of one in the whole movie. I guess Flynn wouldn't have reason to make them on the new grid I had hoped CLU 2.0 would have had his own given it was his vehicle of choice in the original.where to buy abortion pill ordering abortion pills to be shipped to house buy abortion pill online

You do get to see and use them quite a bit in the games if that's any consolation.
It would be nice to have seen them, but that's the problem with a movie, you've only got a small amount of time to fill with a lot of stuff. I think we saw one or two tanks in the background of TL.

This is off-topic, but since we are talking about vehicles, I thought I'd take the time to ask a question.
What is the name of C.L.U.'s Ship?
I've seen it called a Rectifier, and a Regulator.
I was under the impression that the Regulator was the type of ship, and that Rectifier is the name of the ship.
Anyone know?

IIRC: The carrier is named 'The Rectifier' according to the Tron:Legacy art book.
There are some tanks driving around on the streets in T:L.

We don't really see them clearly but in the flashback explaining what happens to the ISO's I believe that those are tanks firing on the ISO's towers, destroying them. Not terribly involving but there you are.

The 'Regulator' is the name of CLU's ship in the Tron: Evolution video game.

Looking at the TRON magazine from Disney (the Ultimate Movie Guide) Clu's normal ship was referred to as the "The Throne Ship" and "Casts a terrifying shaddow in the shape of Clu's hand over TRON City."
The ship at the end (resembling Sark's carrier) is over a mile long "Rectifier" which is basically an army transport.

Tanks... yeh Clu was never for small vehicles. Tank in the first movie, the Throne Ship in the second.  But yeh, I want a tank toy, at least a diecast.

I haven't minded the sound, but you're right about the driving. Who in the world decided that the tank should try to move where the camera is looking instead of using the normal movement keys! One of the whole points of a tank is that you can move one direction and shoot in another. Tank games have been doing it right for years with movement done with WASD, and the canon with the mouse (I''m sure the xbox and PS3 controls are different, but the same principle applies). It was a very strange design decision.

I'd like to see more Tanks in Tron 3 for sure. I kind of missed them too. I actually found them enjoyable in Evolution. In multiplayer, if you get bored killing people with Light Cycles, it's fun to hop in a tank and start wiping them out. If you have both Bomb discs mods and equip that, your tank has a field that prevents people from getting too close! I don't think they are too hard to maneuver on the Xbox version, at least.
That's just an avatar prop - all digital. But look at the Toys at Retail thread and you'll see the Disney Store Exclusive Recognizer toy (so far only in the UK) comes with two Tanks! So cool!

Tanks could be seen as the recognizer was flying over Tron City.
Also, you should play the PC, 360, or PS3 game.

In the second viewing I paid attention to any tanks and there were only two scenes that featured them. The overhead shot with Sam in the recognizer we all know about.
However there was a second shot at street level with a tank that went by. I can say for sure that neither of them looked as good as the tank in Tron Evolution. In fact as I watched the tank go by at street level I was say "What the hell kind of design is that, it looks awful". It used much more color (too much) as much as the recognizer. It really didn't look very good, especially after seeing the one in Evolution.
So my hope is that should they feature more tanks in Tron 3, that it IS NOT the design they used in Legacy, but the one from the game Evolution.order abortion pill http://unclejohnsprojects.com/template/default.aspx?morning-after-pill-price where to buy abortion pill
