Just finished a CUSTOM CLU ONE MAN LIGHT JET with the extra set of wings. Wanna post pics for all to see but the site wont let me, apparently need to have 20 posts first before I can post pics (really?). Lets have a conversation. Has anyone done/attempted this yet? I'd feel stupid if someone already had, was trying to do something different.

I've been meaning to do this with one of the extra light jets I picked up, but I haven't gotten the chance to yet. How did you go about adding the extra wings? I figured it would probably require cutting out part of the existing wing set to make room for them. I tried to see if I could find anything that matched your inquiry. When you pull the wings out from the jet, the edge that fits into the jet is completely rounded from tip to tip. I leaned the wing at an angle up against a small block and sanded down the round edge flat about half way down, then did the same to another wing. This way, both flat edges met perfectly together at an equal distant angle and fit in as one piece. I had to trim a little off from the extended pins with a knife to get it to fit a little better, but nothing crazy.
