Model masters flesh tone base, and flesh tone tint. You mix the two in variable amounts to get different colors... just the base gives you Jarvis color, just the tint gives you Snookie.

A friend of mine was telling me I ought to make a video series on youtube about the basics of figure customization... maybe I should.

Yeah, the Jarvis figure is a bit pale. I will have to look into that stuff.

By all means, do it!! That would be really cool for all the people here and elsewhere that are into that. Except for people that think action figures are just for kids....but we don't think that do we?

Yeah, the Model Masters I've heard is definitely recommended because Acrylics work better on action figures than the enamel does. Though regular Testors model paint has acrylic, all the ones I've ever encountered are glossy, none of them are flat colors.

I agree with trekking, you should consider doing it. What's the worse that could happen, other than inspiring a lot of people to do more customs?

Yup, ran into that. I painted the light up area on Quorra and a slipped a bit (low light and all) so I painted those areas with a Testors flat black I had and it dried glossy. It is funny looking up close but from a distance and if I didn't tell you it would be hard to see.order abortion pill abortion pill buy online where to buy abortion pill

That's an awesome find, but that's not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about the actual TRON arcade machine, here.order abortion pill http://unclejohnsprojects.com/template/default.aspx?morning-after-pill-price where to buy abortion pillwhere to buy abortion pill ordering abortion pills to be shipped to house buy abortion pill online

That's cool! So is that scale to the figures? Also is that print out glued to foam board or something? It looks thicker then paper would.

Honestly, I don't know 100% if its the same size as the figures (I'll have to print one out and see myself). But I do believe the picture can be scaled down or scaled up to match the correct size. There's a good chance that the paper model was printed on what's known as cardstock. Basically, office supply stores like Office Max and Office Depot, sell cardstock (which most people use for printing out their own personal greeting cards and birthday cards), which does come in various different thicknesses. In fact, most people who do papercraft models use cardstock for a stable model to be done (in fact, most people who create Halo armor use heavy ream card stock to print out the paper model sections, then assemble the pieces and use fiberglass and resin to harden it up and then sand them down).where to buy abortion pill abortion types buy abortion pill online

If you look at the other pictures, you can see that its actually standard card stock. It's actually not as thick as it looks in the main preview picture. If you look at picture number three on the pack (the straight forward shot), you'll see that it's standard, but there are some pieces are glued together. order abortion pill abortion pill buy online where to buy abortion pill

I guess it's time I added my custom figure. I'm only 90% happy with how the paint turned out (my hands aren't as steady as they used to be a few years back), but it's OK.

It's a 7 inch TRON:Redeemed figure including blue lighting... and yes, that means both an LED swap and replacing the orange translucent plastic. Once I molded a new piece the assembly was actually quite easy.

Here's the new part I fabricated and the old one:

Here's one of TRON & Clu together:

More pictures here.

Yeah. You know how they say, "The camera adds 10 pounds?" It primarily has to do with the camera angle.

SWEET! Man, that is awesome! If only it were as simple to do with the 3-3/4 figures (for those, you're stuck recasting the whole front half of the torso). Still, great job on it.

So here is the front half of the Castor figure I am working on. It was taken a while ago so it looks a lot better now but this has the basic look of it. New picture coming tomorrow!!

Awesome! It looks pretty good so far. Can't want to see the final assembly.

Changing the orange LED to a blue LED was a simple solder job.

The blue plastic piece was more difficult. I made a 2-part RTV silicone mold and used blue dyed epoxy resin to make a new piece. In all honesty I'm pretty good with 1-piece molds but suck at 2-piece molds so the replacement piece had a lot of air bubbles... none in any place that mattered though.

If anyone is interested you can learn about soldering, simple electronics, and molds / resin in Going Mod: 9 Cool Case Mod Projects. It's out of print but available many places online (I've even seen it on EBay for less than $2).

Full Disclosure: Yes, I wrote it but that was many years ago.
