dammit.. i was just about to mention the classic arcade sound lol. that was bad ass.
other things i ntice where in FLYNN'S arcade the little handheld game he had from the first film,

When the security guard spots Sam on one of the security cameras during the opening at Encom tower, after seeing Sam on the monitors, he turns and looks behind him and looks at a panel similar to the big maze'like panel behind Dillinger in the original, this time theres a flashing dot indicating where the alarm has been tripped.

Coleco Electronic Football baby!!! I had one of those growing up--thought it was better than Mattel's. Since I was already a geek when I saw the original Tron, I remember that the sounds it made when Flynn was playing it (while talking to Alan and Lora) were wrong.

MCP's core in Flynn's office. (This was already spotted in the trailers, but after seeing it clearly enough, I can say that it IS MCP's core  )
That stupid big door.
I did notice the silver and gold Bits -- but I missed that bits were also fireworks too o_O
(Incidentally, I thought the "windows/curtains" were made out of bits but it was too hard to tell considering how tiny they were)

Hidden Mickey where Sam takes the baton or whatever off the wall to glide down with Quorra to Flynn. Three circles are left on the wall, mysteriously in the shape of mickey ears. I thought something looked odd there the first time I watched, but wasn't able to see since it cut away so fast. Friend saw it was Mickey ears in a subsequent viewing. Darn, didn't think the Mickey would be this quick and easy to spot. Hopefully there are more, harder to spot

The silver and gold "Bit" models in Flynn's hideout.
Clu's carrier reminded me an awful lot of Sark's carrier.

During the Disc Wars game with Sam, the Opponent mirrors Kevin's spin and up and over throw he did that derezzed the platform from under CROM. Only it derezzed the floor under Sam.

In TL, there's a 3 on Sam Flynn's helmet
