Kia, your suit is amazing!
While I'm rather proud of my suit, I've gotta say, you guys are making me a bit self conscious of it. 
I don't want to post the full suit until I can figure out how to change my background to the grid...or something. Cause the suit on my back deck just looks funny.

Finally got a process down to getting the circuit glow effect. Still takes a while, but I've streamlined it down to how I used create that look. Man it's been a while since I've done a Tron image.

Well, it's not really a costume but hell.
 
It's a simple black t-shirt with vinyl. The vinyl is greenish, but the colour seems to look different with various light conditions (first pic with flash, second pic not)
We (My mum does thing like that at work, we worked together on this) might be taking requests, and selling them through Ebay for 20-ish £, if people are interested.

FWIW, if anyone's doing a Quorra costume...while looking for something else I saw that Discount Dance has a short, black bob wig on sale for $15...could probably be trimmed into Quorra's style pretty easily:

Okay, I'm working on a summer version of my costume for Phoenix Comic-Con - wearing a heavy black turtle-neck shirt in Phoenix in summer is a BAD IDEA. It's almst done, so pics will be posted soon.

Can't wait to see the pics
I only need one more part to start modding my yellow disc for my costume, and have the costume itself pretty much made. Just gotta figure out what I am going to do about the latex-y looking parts of Quorra's design and the disc holder for the back.
Now I am just saving up for the light-tape and the yellow/amber gel to put over it to have the Clu colored circuitry 
Keep updating and posting pics fellow programs

@Spark: How did you get your disc to stay on your back? Its one of my biggest problems to tackle still with my costume.
Anyone wanting to mod discs I highly recommend ELWirepros.com ; they were super fast, super nice, and their EL wire is awesome (get the quick connect type that makes it super easy to assemble )
