Oh really? I thought it was the way they lit the controller, perhaps it requires a constant supply of juice that only being attached by USB would provide properly.

I'm actually fine with the PS3 controller being wired because my PS3 is a short distance from my gaming chair (a very comfortable microfiber rocking chair ) ... it's just that the default USB cord is a wee bit short so I have to lean forwards @_@ (if I need to charge my PS3 controller x_X) Kia: Cool. Interesting, I didn't know that. Wal-Mart said they didn't carry the PC compatible controllers, so I assumed that it was a separate controller.
And they also announced the Tron mouse and Keyboard a while ago, lol. |
I knew about this. I'm hoping to crape up enough money for the Keyboard and Mouse.
Hopefully the controller will function identical to the original 360 controllers. Sometimes with third party controllers they can be overly sensitive. Some third party controllers I've used in the past were so sensitive that they almost acted like digital controllers and not analog. Jet Lives! |

I didn't know there were 360 controllers that were labeled PC compatible. All I know about 360/PC compatibility is that a friend lent me his 360 once and I was able to use the wired USB controller on my computer. Some games even recognized it as a 360 controller.

It's on the Microsoft website. A wired and wireless 360 controller for the PC and 360.

Has anybody picked this up? Any thoughts on whether it's worth the money or not?
