Betrayal comic/Evolution game

So, just wondering if these two expanded universe items are taking each other into account, or are they going to contradict each other?

Betrayal is canon, and takes place before any of the games.

Timeline:

TRON (1982)
TRON: Betrayal Part 1 (1983)
TRON: Betrayal Part 2 (Unknown - possibly 1984)
TRON Evolution DS (1985)
TRON Evolution Wii (1988)
TRON Evolution PSP (1989)
TRON Evolution PC/360/PS3 (1990-2000)
TRON Legacy (2010)

Also, the graphic novel is the two comic book parts combined. Additionally, Betrayal Part 1 explained the name of TRON Evolution:

Flynn notes that the ISOs causing The Grid to become unstable is an Evolution. Tron Evolution deals heavily with the ISOs, as you are fighting against what is essentially a genocide against ISOs.

Curious where those dates for the different console games came from.
Would be awesome if they all really occupied a different part of the story.
