A bit on that logic, however:
I've ofter heard people criticize the immediate purchase of action figures, as they will be "half priced" or "clearance" down the line. In my experience, waiting to buy figures only yeilds an inability to find them anywhere. I "waited" for the Pirates of the Caribbean Zizzle line to get marked down, and now even the most common figure costs more on ebay than it ever did in stores.
If you want something, buy it while you can get it.

Oh, I had seen that before making my post. Its among those I consider to be unofficial sources. Sorry, but I'm still holding out for an official announcement. Considering there is now a series 3 of the 2" mini fgures (check the Collector forum), I'd say they haven't been cancelled just yet. I'm still waiting until April to figure out the truth.

Back on topic hehe, even if we know they've stopped production, and most probably already have all that's been released, but i don't so for others like me:
just ordered a deluxe kevin flynn light cycle on amazon.com for 9 dollars. thats ultimately cheap for me, i dont know if there are prices cheaper out there, but it's the cheapest one i've found of it so far. it costs like a thousand pesos here, thats about 22.99 dollars in the US, so finding it on amazon for 9 was really great for me.plus free shipping. everything else like the sam flynn one was the normal price or higher. and the die casts at amazon are really cheap now too, i got a die cast reco for 5 dollars with free shipping.
so i ordered those two stuff and preordered the ultimate experience set, since i think it's THE ultimate collectible. i mean it's the movie itself, so after that, until tron 3 comes out, or if they make toys for the series, im gonna stop spending. at least you get 30% off of that hundred dollars if you preorder at amazon, just thought it was a deal i couldn't ignore.

Just a reminder that Walmart.com has the Ultimate Sam for $19.00 (+tax where applicable), with free ship to store.
Also, Amazon.com has the Kevin Flynn white lightcycle (the big one) for $9.00 each. No tax, and free shipping over $25.

yes i am not alone in discovering the 9-dollar k.flynn cycle just lately! haha. it's up there dude but i know right, it's awesome that it's so cheap with free shipping hahaha

Your welcome. Just also saw that Walmart.com is offering the ID/5-set movie bonus, too. Just do a search for 'Tron'. So a few other places besides Amazon will be carrying it
Clu.exe: yeah, I actually love the retro lightcycle. Can't get enough of them! There's so many out there, too...they GOTTA be clearanced eventually for $5 or less. LOL. Shame they make no sound.

Target has the Ultimate Clu and Sam for $19.99 each. Half price is great for Clu, if your Target has them!

Yeah, I wish I could find Clu at my 5 Targets. All I've seen is Sam. Anyone know if the DPCI# is different for Sam and Clu Ultimates??

For whatever reason, the green color on that Wal Mart Blu Ray/DVD light cycle is off in the picture. I don't know if anyone cares about that, but the color is softer and closer to the blue side of green than the yellow side...like the gladiators in the movie.
Yea, and no Tron at Toy Fair...bummer.

Meaning there was Tron, simply not shown. For the bummer wouldn't be that Tron wasn't there, but that there wasn't Tron to be anywhere. If there were no more Tron, the bummer would be that Tron wasn't anywhere, not just at Toy Fair.
