These are my finds. (online) I browsed the toy threads and didn't find mention of the following.

----------------
walmart.com Search "tron figure" or "tron toy"

It looks like walmart.com has the best deal for their partial selection because they offer $5 electronic gift cards for each item.

They carry the Deluxe Figures, the Deluxe Vehicles, the While Light Cycle, the 12" Sam, the Deluxe Disc, and the Recognizer playset. They are missing the Core Figures, the Die-casts, and the Identity disc.

They emailed me the $5 certificates immediately (even though they are preorders) so I was able to stack orders. There is no site-to-store option (fails at checkout), so we are stuck with $2 shipping each item and that brings out $5 cert value down to $3.

So if you plan to order more than one thing, strategize your orders so that you only have one $5 cert left.

I ordered everything except the Deluxe Cycle, Deluxe Buggy, and 12" Sam. I had to have the White Light Cycle. I'm on the fence with the Core Figures so that's why I'm currently passing on most of the Core compatible toys.

--------------------
I'm really looking forward to the die-cast. It's really nice that Toys R Us is offering Villian and Hero 3 packs which makes them $3.33 each. That means that Clu Sentry's Light Cycle must still be purchased separately, but that's not bad. (Entertainment Earth is charging $60+shipping per case and BBTS is charging $50+shipping per case, the difference being EE has it in stock now. BBTS does not always get things in stock on time.)

On the TRU website, they offer two stand-alone die-casts "TRON: Legacy 1:50 Scale Die Cast Vehicle - Good Guy Light" and "TRON: Legacy 1:50 Scale Die Cast Vehicle - 1 Man Light". I'm guessing the first is Kevin Flynn's and the second one is Sam's but easily substituted with any other new cycle.

-------------
Entertainment Earth is the only place I can find that offers the Launch Baton for under $20 plus it is in stock. But the shipping is too high unless you find something else worthwhile ordering. The exclusive SW comic packs do the trick for me.

Yeah, that's the tough part. I need at least 3v, so I got some coin batteries. I think the bike may be too small... Flynn's bike on the other hand is RIPE for this kind of mod. It's got plenty of space inside. I'm going to ream out the holes which create his symbol of hexagons and put an LEd in there as well..where to buy abortion pill ordering abortion pills to be shipped to house buy abortion pill online

Hey Wheat, is EVERYTHING supposed to be out on October 1st? Meaning the deluxe light cycles, deluxe disc, 7" and 12" figures also? My local Toys R Us has all of the labels set up, but said that their distribution center doesn't even have those items yet, so will those be out than or at a later date? Also what about the glider vehicle, I thought it was part of the core set with Flynn's cycle?

My TRU put the core figures out today (I almost didn't see them; they didn't put them in the general movie/VG figure area or in the SW/TF aisle). I was on the fence about these, but since I saw a complete set (and the Oct street date was broken), I just did an impulse purchase even though the paint on the Sentry was a little mess and wasn't lighting up with the tab pulled out. (I opened him up and found that the base of the tab was still stuck inside.) They said that the vehicles are on their way, but had no idea about the die-cast line.

Pros about core line: compatible with vehicles and more variety. More likely to see the rest of the cast. It actually says Series 1 on the side, so I will be pretty disappointed and surprised if there isn't a Series 2.

Since I got these guys, I preordered the deluxe vehicles from walmart.com.

There is a "core vehicle" 2 pack set on BBTS for $34. They have the "deluxe vehicle" 2 pack set listed separately so I'm guessing the core vehicle set is really just two white light cycles.

I am sick and tired of item scaplers hording all the figures and vehicles and then selling them online for way way high prices.
Like selling the $3.99 die-cast vehicles for up to 39.99 each, selling the $14.99 core Light Cycle for $49.99, or selling the 3 1/4" figures that go for 7.99; but these slime balls are selling them for $15 each!

These a**h**les buy up all the figures and vehicles just to try and rip people off when they sell them on eBay or other online store sites. It really really urks me. I really wish there was some way to penalize these jerks.

I spent 12 hrs and went to 2 local TRU's,1 Walmart, and 2 Targets which DID have Tron toys available on 9/19. I go those locations on 9/20 and there all sold out! WTF?!
The entire pallete of Tron toys?! Now, it's not x-mas shoping season quite yet, and I'm doubtful of parents buying up the toys this soon.

So I'm lead to assume that item scaplers or some horders are buying every thing on the self and from the back room stock. I don't know why TRU's and Target in the Torrance, Hawthorne, and other areas allow this bulls**t.

You can pre-order the 7" figures and vehicles at Wal-Mart and get 5.00 ecards per purchase.

This has been going on since labor day, just thought I'd inform. By the way, I'm curious on the following: "I ordered everything except the Deluxe Cycle, Deluxe Buggy, and 12" Sam"

I don't for the spooky sam however why no deluxe cycle and/or buggy? probably some of the better toys in this set alongside rinzler, clu, black guard & flynns lightcycle. Odd

I know what you mean about the scalpers being total assholes however i think you can resolve your issues if you simply pre-order the stuff unless you're the impatient type. I'm certian some people have already done so as to not worry about the feebay unlike some people have; to each their own I say. I can wait as it's not that far away anyhow.

If the price is too high for you then don't pay it! Do you think that people selling these items didn't do any work to get them? There is this thing called capitalism and supply and demand. This is how people make money. If you don't like it move on to the next or wait a few weeks.

So little Johnny didn't get his wittle wittle wight cycle toy before the launch date....wahhh, wahhhh, wahhh.....

So go make some popcorn and be happy...

Or, you could just order the toys at the TRU website.

Speaking of which, has anyone done that and received their merchandise yet? I'm curious as to whether they ACTUALLY have the stuff they say is "In Stock" or not.

Calling people a-holes is not rude? Spending money on gas? Use a phone. I like ebay for the deals I can get, some stuff is expensive and I move on.

I was speaking about item scaplers because IMO they are trying to scam people and rip people off with excessively high prices.

I wasn't calling anyone here on this site an "a-hole."

C1, most people who reply to others like that have already gotten banned or gotten warnings.

All of us are supposed try to use 'netiquette' on Tron-Sector, that even includes me.

This site has already had enough fair shares of needless arguments and drama llama situations. It's best for users to avoid starting up problems (remember when your post in the Cindy support forum was edited; and mine so there wouldn't be a reference to your original post? That was technically a warning to us both).
