I had a discussion with my wife the next day about the light jets - she turned to me and she's said - oh well you could have picked one up - DOH - oh well - i now have a wife sanctioned $50 credit remaining to use, so I'll think I'll wait till everything is out and pick and choose my favorites.

That is interesting. I think his leaping is supposed to be when he was trying to escape the police after his base jump.

He looks like he's either trying to jump into the game or out of it. lol I'd be interested in one too, but I can't make out the upper left of the package clearly. Wether it says series 2 or 1 or what, I dunno.

I got mine last week and load it up. its a nice retro piece.

Now its been restock quite alot so no worries on that one being scarce, it will be available and I believe its a series 2. still cant work out why sam flew in to the arcade when it didnt happen in the movie.

Went to Wal-Mart today to get a few more Sentry figures... after seeing the movie, I decided I needed to army build them a bit, which I don't usually do. I almost got a Black Guard figure but it seems the Light Jet comes with one.

Anyway, TWO different groups of kids were looking at the Tron toys! One said something like - "That one is Tron" as he pushed the button the deluxe Sam to make him speak. I thought that was adorable! And really fun! A whole new generation!

Plus, the toy section was a bit picked over. Still no Series 2 stuff of course... I hope it actually gets here by the first of the year! but they had restocked the Core figures.

And for your info I met up with GGemini...we are easy gng ppl who happen to love tron. I will let him vouch for me if he wants to. I am disappointed by all this unnecessary envious dig just becos for once we got one rare item it here early. jeuz!
