finally got a deluxe disc and the deluxe clu cycle, target and walmart both in prattville, alabama just above montgomery have all the items in stock. few more miles north in Calera, walmarts shelves are tagged but no stock and still nothing anywhere near where I live. Hm... Kmart... I don't know if there's one in my city anymore. o_o
ETA-- I stand corrected, there are two existing stores. I'm just a little bit surprised considering I haven't been to a Kmart in YEARS

I found the 12 inch Sam Flynn figure today in my local Wal Mart. They didn't have the toy last week. I haven't seen the disks. Overall I think it's a good toy line. It's a way better selection than when the original Tron opened. Picked up the 12'' Ultimate Sam figure. I have to say, I had planned to pass on this figure because I want to get the Hot Toys figure eventually. But I realized even if they announce that tomorrow it's likely to be well into next year before it's released.
I'm glad I did! The extra lights are cool, and the Impulse Projection is fun, of course. But I also noticed the weapons (or at least most of the components) were diecast! That was a great little touch I wasn't expecting. They have a real heft to them. It's a cool little touch, especially with the identity disc.
Also, someone earlier had said they thought the diecast Clu cycle came in two shades - orange and a darker orange. I wonder if they are confused because there is a Clu and also Clu's Sentry. I had gotten the two TRU three-packs and thought I'd gotten all of the first wave... but the Sentry cycle was new to me. Is there a complete list of these? Do I have all of Wave 1 with the TRU 3-packs and this new cycle?

Interesting, would need to look at that.
Anyway, anyone know what's the difference between I/E on the vehicles' switch? O is obviously off.
(I took everything out of the boxes except for my 3"ish figures and have been playing around with them. I am so utterly fascinated with the slight size differences of the classic lightcycles and Flynn's white lightcycle!)

Got a good look at the non 3-pack Light Runner. It seems like the only difference are the tires. The one in the 3-pack has off-road nubby tires versus smoother tires.
Here's a crappy pic of my desk at work.... I'm ready for Series 2! Anyone know when they are supposed to come out? In time for Christmas maybe?

Weird, one of my posts vanished.
Anyways, what I had written: I'm getting a bit frustrated with finding the last mini figures set at Target as none of the stores in my area seems to have it. :/ It wouldn't suck so much if Target would actually put them up for sale on their site >_
