I understand I may be "outdated" on some of TRON Legacy's news but until a working search option is available here I'm afraid I may keep posting this sort of things...
Can someone please confirm if this is going to be TRON Legacy's theme?

If it is, I may be alone in this, but I think I may end up liking everthing about the movie except the music...

Since last years SDCC there have been tons of "official daft punk" soundtrack releases that turned out to be fan made. It wouldn't surprise me if this also is the case with the link you gave. Do a youtube search on comicon 2009 and flynns arcade. The music in the background when everyone is looking at the lightcycle is what the genuine daft punk music sounds like. Their version has a lot of 80's videogame type sounds.
At this point no one knows what the main theme will be except daft punk and disney.

We don't know if or how that music will actually get used in the film, though. Maybe it'll be during closing credits... or on the B-side. Never know!

I look very much forward to the music. It'll be sad to not have Wendy Carlos (the music genius) scoring it, but I'm eager to see what Daft Punk comes up with. The music used in the San Diego Comicon 'Flynn's Arcade' above is full of suspense and build-up... and just plain cool. With the complex music arrangements and weird music timings Wendy is capable of doing, I think she probably really is a music genius.
