Greetings programs. the MCP is a little sad today. I just found out one of my cousins has Cirrios of the liver.
He has been a heavy drinker all his life...
I am sad to hear he is sick now.. I like to drink to, and this makes me want to stop.
He always looks so happy and so full of life, and it's sad.. because I just saw him at my grand mother's funeral... last year..

Sorry to hear it, but it is a known outcome of drinking.
Hope he can recover somewhat and not require a transplant.

When I was a teen, my best friend's mom had it. Crazy thing is that she wasn't a heavy drinker but not everyone's genetic make up is the same. Her condition at that time wasn't extreme though...

Yes me to I hope he recovers. His condition is severe. But I really do hope he quits drinking. It's just not worth it. And if he can change his life.. and live longer it will be a blessing. This is a wake up call to my other cousins and relatives as most of them are heavy drinkers...
