RustyMuffler.. I wasn't trying to start an arguement. I was just making a rhetorical comment and was not meaning to start any argument man.
My comment meant that I think it's ok for adult fans of Tron or whatever genre film or comics, etc, to buy toys as collectables. I didn't mean anything more than that. *sigh*on line abortion pill misoprostol dose abortion medical abortion pill online

BlueTronWarrior, that's amazing! o_o
Also, how big is that tron statue? Seems to be taller then 12", if it is 12"... Probably because of the raised arms.

That keyboard and mouse...THEY WILL BE MIIIIIIIINE!
I'm so pleased that the light cycles look so good, they are gonna go great next to my red neca light cycle.
Honestly...I'm really disappointed with those figures though. WAAAAAAAAAY too gimmicky. I just want a nice sculpt and good paint app (and since this is TRON we are talking about, lights), not that weird face thing and sound effects. Oh well, atleast the vehicles looks stellar.
And DAAAAAAMN Bluetronwarrior, VERY nice collection.

I am afraid I will be breaking the bank to obtain pretty much everything they have to offer (PS3 controllers, keyboard, antigravity light cycles, etc)... as well as --
THE BURTON SNOWBOARD BOOTS!
I can't believe no one has commented on how awesome these look! I can't wait to ride this winter with them! So styley!!!
Good thing I'm asking for a 25% pay increase tomorrow at work, because they are the most expensive item so far at nearly $280 USD. Oh well! Gotta have!

I saw the snow boots as well, and they look incredible! but, thing is... I don't need them where I live. No snow = no snow equipment. Love tron, and love how the boots look, but something I don't need to have. But if you get them, tell us how they are!
On another note, will they also be releasing clothing atire? Would be cool to have shirts or jackets in that style. Would be cool if they released Tron like Shoes as well.

Other than maybe the brand name of the ones manufacturing some of these items; I'm at a loss to think of the justification for the exorbitant prices on some of these Tron Legacy tie-in items.
Tron is kind of niche, and doesn't quite have the same pull as Star Wars. So why the frakkin' high prices?
I think they may be are over-estimating the demand or these are going to be very limited in supply.
I thought Tron is pretty niche in who it appeals too.
While I can understand charging $120 - $150 for a high quality, real light-up replica Luke SkyWalker or Darth Vader Light Saber with sound effects, but a Tron gaming key board... not so much.

The absense of a 3 3/4" line with vehicles has me kind of out of it too. The 7.5" figures look nice (Hoping not all will have projecting faces), but I was hoping we would have been able to get some of the bigger vehicles too. That largere scale kind of excludes this. Also I saw that the Light Cycles come with a non-posable figure. So that leads me to think that the 7.5" figures won't be able to interact with those even. I hope they will at least have a Light Cycle for 7.5" scale figures.order abortion pill abortion pill buy online where to buy abortion pill

What was the price for the keyboard and mouse there. Since I will be trying and look for them over here to see if I can get them through distribution if I can and if they are available.

DEFINITELY agree with you on this one, brother. I'm looking at some of these prices and just anticipating the inevitable clearance sales that these licensees are going to have to run on some of this stuff. I was very excited at the keyboard, mouse and headphones. Saw the prices, laughed my ass off for a minute or so and wrote them off my to do list.
I gotta be honest... now that I've gotten over the initial "OMGBBQ IT'S TRON STUFF TO BUY!!!" jazz of seeing some of this stuff, I am really left kind of dry on most of it. Between the lackluster imagination implemented on some of the stuff and the price tags of some of the other, I don't think I'm going to be going on the purchase craze come October that I at first imagined I might.
Oh well, leaves me more coin for the really cool stuff like that Electric Tiki statue and the SDCC Spin Master vintage figure.

EntertainmentEarth has all of the toys up for preorder.
http://www.entertainmentearth.com/hitlist.asp?company=Spin+Master&theme=Tron&searchorder=com
They list the "basic light-up figure" assortment as being able to work with the vehicles, these have to be the 3.75" figures. The "projection figure" assortment is the 7.5" line. Also note the Recognizer playset, SWEET!!!!
This pic from TNI shows the deluxe Light Cycle with one of the 3.75" figures, you can see the articulation and detail on it. I think the cycle comes with a non possible rider that can be removed and other figures can be placed on the cycle and light up with the cycle. I wish Wheat would confirm all of this though.

Total noob here! Always loved Tron and I'm so excited about the movie... and all these amazing-sounding toys! It's everything I wish we'd gotten when I was a kid. I love the new styling.
Thanks so much for the EE link. Here's a little run-down,nwith how much EE is charging per piece (so knock off a few dollars here and there and you have a pretty good idea of what they will retail for) when you do the division:
Basic Light-Up Figure Assortment ( $ 11)
Impulse Projection Figure Assortment (looks to be the 7.5'' figures - $ 18 )
Deluxe Vehicles ( $ 16)
1:50 Diecast Vehicles ( $ 5)
Ultimate 12 inch Sam Flynn ( $ 45)
Recognizer Playset ( $ 25)
Deluxe Identity Disc Replica ( $ 23)
Identity Disc Replica ( $ 10)
Colisseum Disc Shooter ( $ 23)
Light Cycle Launch Baton Replica ( $ 18 )
Light Cycle Pursuit Track Set ( $ 25)
So based on the price, it definitely seems there is a 3.75'' line. Funny they didn't show that off previously. I'm guessing the winged figure from the press release is that scale.
Edit: LOL, alright it seems to have gone a bit icon-crazy up there and I don't know how to fix it. Just imagine the ghosts are dollar signs.
