I predict that a great deal of people who hasn't ever seen the first movie will either see early to mid way through this year before the release or afterward. I wouldn't be surprised if we see a surge of new members to the sector soon.
This is a wonderful year for TRON. I'm just as excited as I was back in 2003 when we all got TRON 2.0... Even more so considering that Legacy is the cannon squeal.
My only question is....... how will the sector change?

We've seen allot happen here. We've seen good friends come and go (Scuzzy, DJ Aussie, Trace, etc..).... (BTW: Where is THEREELTODD and Sketch?)..... I'm sure they still lurk from time to time but I've even lost contact with with many of them on MySpace/Facebook...
Many of us usually forget that we've been mentioned on G4TV, movie and game magazines... and have been visited by some of the cast and crew from the original TRON movie. New fans are welcomed and our family is growing.
I guess in my really poor revised post is that I have a feeling that the sector (which many of us call home) will go through a big change.... maybe we should prepare for that.
What are you thoughts?
Just asking...

There might be some good added changes into sector. Don't forget Auric is still updating some things for it in the next upgrade for it. I think there will be good updates for it somewhere. Time will only change as well as I am excited as well for the movie and the game coming in deceber 2010. Makes me want to continue on here in the background on some things that I have let on the way side for it. where to buy abortion pill ordering abortion pills to be shipped to house buy abortion pill online

For anyone wondering where TheReelTodd is, I think he's left momentarily to avoid spoilers. I think I remember him posting about that in a thread somewhere, but I can't find it.order abortion pill morning after pill price where to buy abortion pill

@Tron.dll_
I think he said something like that. I'm sort of resisting spoilers. So far I've only looked at those offical preview pics. Can't wait!
@Qixx77_
I think you're right about the growth of users. I remember when I first lurked here because I had no idea that there was a site dedicated to my favorite movie. Then I joined in when I bought Tron 2.0 and couldn't get it running.
I think every time something interesting happens, new users appear.
Although, I think reading the forum rules before posting isn't usually the first thing on their mind when they register. I'm cold and calculating. Don't press my buttons.

I've waited so long for this new material that some part of me still thinks it's some huge cruel hoax.
I saw the movie five times when it came out when I was sixteen, literally pumping quarters into the arcade machines. It further cemented my resolve to go into software, and now I get to work on the iPad. I read the stories from the Pixar and FX folks that this movie made them want to go into animation. For a lot of fans, this was a fun movie with an incredible setting that blew them away. For others, it tweaked career choices.
I hope a lot of new fans stop by to visit, but I also worry that enough of them won't be able to control themselves, quick to flame, spam, and otherwise junk up a place where the membership here has become comfortable with each other and can really enjoy discussions and share in the current revelry without concern for some idiot that craps all over anything you say. I don't want to sound draconian or elitist, but I'd have the banhammer on high alert when the tide rolls in. Not to keep anyone out, but to keep the current membership in.
It won't take too many garbage postings for people to close the window and say it was fun while it lasted, for the admins to lose interest, and for the sector to be powered down. I hope it doesn't happen.
On a lighter note, the quality of this site and its membership is so high that I really love reading all the new material that pours in. Keep it coming!
Hold on everyone. We're all going to be drinking from a high bandwidth digital fire hose from here on out. (ok, I'm not very good at mixing metaphors :-)

It is interesting that there are so many lurkers that do so a long time before coming members.... but I'm that way with other sites when looking for information because sometimes it's quicker to search for something than posting a question about it.
But here, it's always been home. People have been friendly and helpful (and some I met here have been really good friends).

I'm still here. More or less lurking mostly.
Been staying busy with work and all. Reshifting a lot of things in my life right now, specially to make room for art creation. Feel like I'm floating in limbo at times.
Am looking forward to new custom rig I'm getting built this year. Auric is working on completely revamping the entire site, fixing the many bugs we have in the forums right now.
But yeah, I was a lurker for several years before I joined.
Hopefully the sector will get bigger, but not as big as other fan sites where the admins completely lose control and become automatic topic locking/ban hammer nazis. where to buy abortion pill http://blog.bitimpulse.com/template/default.aspx?abortion-types buy abortion pill online
