What type of paint are you using there? Is it latex paint that you can get at home depot? Or is it specific paint that is design for glass like acrilic paint for example? I just wonder if carving the design with a dremel might be better to get the effects that is needed and use one of those lkind of fiber optices of some sort to give it that glow effects there.

I did a little bac check here for painting on glass over here. I actually did it on youtube for painting on glass. They were using Acrylic paint to do so. What you might want to try out here and it is a thought. I know I have seen at the local electronic speciality stores up here and at some hobby stores. You could use one of those little air gun with acrylic paint if it is not a huge area to paint. Which is another way of doing it. If it is a little bit larger you could use something like a compressor and those spray guns if it is slighty larger. Again it is an idea from what I remember from the seeing the image.

As for fuber optics you might want to use red, blue, green, yellow, purple led as for the factions of tron. Again another Idea here. I have a pen from Bell where where it is using a small led that goes through fiber optics here. and using three watch batteries to send the light through it over here. And a simple switch that switches from a slow pulse, to a slightly faster pulse and steady light on completely on it.

i can do that with acid glass etch but the problem with glass is how too cut a hole for the clock to go thru

unless the clock is behind the glass but i dont want to have to fabricate my own box for it to fit in too
but i can make a decorative pice of glass with the logo on it and different layers of glass etch acid or evan just use the frost paint for that
