Just watched the first episode tonight.
So far I like it enough to want to see what direction it takes. Enjoyed the characters and presentation. Ships I'm having to really warm up to though. I agree with Dave about the thrusters on the passenger ships. It's not needed.
Loved seeing the original V alphabet being used, you notice it in the ball drone's vision flashing as data.
Also loved the smack at Independence Day.

Oh yeah, I would take the side of the V's just to fly one of those slick beauties.

I believe so, they are getting a second season.
Maybe my sister can buy the first season DVD and I can catch up! ABC has had some strange season breaks on alot of their shows so I think they are doing like 13 episodes before they end the season.
