The orange

on Saturday, August, 02, 2008 7:10 AM
In the series of strange things that pops into my mind a saturday morning...

What hapened to the orange?
Where did it rezz? How long did it stay, in computertime, before being brought back into the real world?

It must have brought great confusion to any program picking it up.
Perhaps it had time to become a relic of user worship?

Well... Like a lot of fruit that got rezzed in the 80's (but most never made it back) it was instantly transported to a Pac-Man machine where it was almost ate along with other fruit like cherries, Pretzels?, Keys?, Glalaxians?... you know.. .other fruit... lol...

To be serious, that is a good question.

Over the years, mankind has waxed philosophically with metaphysical postulations, only to ask unanswerable question, such as "If a tree falls in a forest, and no one is around to hear it, doesit make a noise?"
Although we all know the aswer to that particulr question is yes, mankind has further gone on to stump itself by asking:
"What happens to an orange when you digitize it?"
The world may never know.

Maybe it became one of those floating spheres floating above the sea of simulation, when Tron, Yori, and Flynn were on the Solar Sailer. abortion pills online abortion pill online purchase cytotec abortion

Maybe the orange itself was transformed and corrupted, and is the main baddie of the new movie.

I would guess that it rezzed in with a tron helmet on and was taken into a holding cell where it was then forced to play lightcycles on the gamegrid. As I'm sure we all know, Flynn went into and out of the computer in a split second. The orange, on the other hand, was in the computer for a much longer amount of time (like 30 seconds).

The orange survived now didn't it?

Hehhehe, I posted a topic on this exact subject with some fun orange pictures a WAYS back. I'd post a link to it but the search seems to be on the fritz and I am too lazy to search though 95 pages of posts for it.

looks like you need to right-click on the picture, copy image location and then use your img tag. here's the url: http://www.imagedump.com/image.cgi?file=537144.jpg
It was missing the file extension.
