The Twilight thing doesn't make sense to me, but I think it's no big deal if a bunch of vampires are freaking out watching Tron's trailer. Personally it doesn't look good to be second to another flick that isn't even similar. Does it seem Tron is in a venue of certain types of viewers? O kay.

Ugh, that sucks. Really mind-boggling to me after how incredibly popular/successful the TRON trailer was last year that they wouldn't do a separate panel on TRON. Preferably AFTER the stupid Twilight panel.

Even teen girls in the 80's were crazy. Dare we forget the mass crowds for New Kids on the Block or Duran Duranies? Plus, Carrie had those special powers. I'm hoping none of the teenager girls at Comicon have the power to kill us TRON fans with flying silverware if we take one of their seats.

Hard to believe that the shoot is already over. I understand another year of production, mostly CG.. but my senses tell me that during final production some actors are required to come back to redo some scenes for final polish (which is ok). They are wizards if they nailed the story with this shoot... Now the rest is left for Digital Domain/Pixar artists to do their magic..

I don't think the trailer at Comic con will be Final either.. Things can change over a year, even if minor (I'm already having visions of seas/lakes as backdrops).. And I hope they'll stick with the Tr2n title.

I'm willing to bet that these are viral marketing sites for the new movie. One thing I noticed on the Flynn Lives site, is that if you change the zoom level on the articles, you can actually see more of the article.

Gotta admit - even though I'm skeptical as hell, this viral marketing stuff kinda has me excited about TR2N, and I hope that Thursday was worth the wait, as well as the sequel, when it comes out, which I read is now actually 2010, according to a costume designer's remarks on facebook.
