To say that I'm surprised by this news, is an understatement. I really wasn't expecting any news, let alone teaser footage, this soon.
I mean, we still don't have an official greenlight announcement yet. This is clearly some kind of test that Disney commissioned, to see how things could turn out. But considering they went to the trouble of bringing Jeff Bridges back already to do the teaser: it certainly bodes well for the project.
Still cautiously optimistic, here. We need to see and hear more, before making a judgment call about how good this project might (or might not) turn out.

It seems the according to the various reports on blogs over the 'Net that even the programs are CGI and that the faces are superimposed onto the 3D models. Geeks of Doom's blog said:
