Actually, in the transition cinematic, is it technically feasible to just cut away from the animation half-way through, when he is showing red, rather than waiting until the very end? That would tell the player they are now red.  

New v1.1a of User Error Parts 1 and 2 has been released. While the main reason for the update was to fix the problem with the installers on Windows 8 (and sometimes even on prior versions of Windows), there are some additional changes.

The most significant one is the fact that the Gold colored ICPs and the various color Kernels now have energy shields and discs that match their own color. Instead of the shields and discs always being red.

Man, imagine that: I'm... a bit tired... going to the forums, thinking:"Well, maybe there is something new for Tron 2.0..." then seeing this videos for User Error 3. Great stuff!

Haha. Well, work on User Error 3 is still progressing. But very slowly. We were hoping to get it done by the end of 2015, but that's clearly not going to happen. Probably more like mid-to-late 2016. But it will get done. Same goes for the next version of the Killer App Mod. Coming later than expected, but will arrive no matter what.
