Lew - I keep hoping you'll record more background audio of Tron using your Apple audio set up, where you can filter out the foreground voices and crank up the background. There are more scenes where I want to hear the background dialogue better. I enjoyed listening to the ones you recorded for us before, over and over again
Regarding BBC's airing of Tron: Very cool... too bad I don't get that channel. *sigh*
BBC seems to give more respect to Tron and air it more frequently than does the Sci-Fi Channel. Wish Sci-Fi channel would air more. Last time I checked Tron was pretty well respected by the geeky techy community... who watches the Sci-Fi channel ... so how could they not play it on the Sci-Fi channel more frequently?
I keep checking Sci-Fi channel's site to see if if/when it will air, but it never is on their calendar. There's just something about Tron airing on TV that's cool. Only stumbled upon it a few times on TV over the past 10 or 15 years, though.

I'm getting out of here right now, and you guys are invited. -----^ |

Tape? How 20th century!
If you're just after the promos (assuming the Beeb show any) then I can burn them to a DVD from my DVR (assuming you can handle 576i50 (PAL) DVDs) or transcode them to DIVX.on line abortion pill misoprostol dose abortion medical abortion pill online |

Let me know which scenes and I'll see what I can do when I get a chance.

Ugh! I'm glad the SciFi Channel don't show it to be honest. They'd show a 4:3 crop, with loads of commercial breaks and on-screen clutter. Best bet for a non-BBC channel would be Sky Movies SciFi & Horror, at least they'd show it commercial-free and in it's original aspect ratio.on line abortion pill misoprostol dose abortion medical abortion pill online |

i'm not sure if by "promos" you mean
1)the occasional brief trailers that show in the few days leading up to the actual airing, or trailers for other programs.
2)adverts that get shown ar regular intervals during the film/program itself. "commercial breaks" you might call them
if it's the former, there's no telling when they are on, if the bbc decide to do any for TRON. on bbc there's usually a quick little trailer for an upcoming program or film, then an anouncement of what's coming up next, but to record them for individual programs, well, that's like trying to find a needle in a haystack.
if it's the latter, there aren't any. no commercial breaks whatsoever...not on any of the BBC channels anyway. ITV and channel 4, and channel 5 do have those though.
anyway, I'm definately going to watch this. I will confess it has been a while since I've watched Tron. just the thing to prepare me for university on the 25th.where to buy abortion pill http://blog.bitimpulse.com/template/default.aspx?abortion-types buy abortion pill online words of wisdom from...

Lew,
If you can burn them to a DVD in any playable format, I can drag them into my tools here and convert them. I'd appreciate it.

I just noticed the programme that's on before Tron…
In Search of Moebius: Jean Giraud (Documentary)
Time - 22:00 - 22:55 (55 minutes long)
When - Sunday 23rd September on BBC 4
Documentary about Frenchman Jean Giraud, one of the most influential comic strip illustrators and authors of all time and also one of the genre's best kept secrets. He achieved his greatest fame under the pseudonym/alter ego Moebius, and his artistic influence extends beyond Europe to the USA and Japan. Features interviews with Giraud himself, Marvel Comics legend Stan Lee, American comic book artists Jim Lee and Mike Mignolla and many others.

SIDE NOTE: I'd like to say that the next time someone tells me American TV is all crap, I am simply going to point to the two shows menitoned above. They make American TV look like frikking art! BBC should be ashamed!

Interestingly although the Beeb are showing a 16:9 anamorphic widescreen print of the film the boom mike is still visible in the arcade scene, so their print is the one they got prior to the special edition DVD (they screened Tron on new years eve 1999 so it's probably the same print).order abortion pill abortion pill buy online where to buy abortion pill

That is possible. It's been awhile since I had cable so I forget, does BBC America have commercials? If so, they probably do it cuz they think it will get more viewers.

Yes, BBC America has commercials. It's actually owned by the Discovery Channel, they just licence the name from the BBC (a lot of the programming is not actually from the BBC but from other UK channels).where to buy abortion pill abortion types buy abortion pill online
