Long time ago I posted a little message saying I was going to make a Death Note RPG. Well the majority of the rules are written up just need to make some changes here and there. But now I am working on a website, I've knocked together a basic web site to hold everything on until I get more time to be a little more creative.

I'll keep posting updates to the game, but if anyone would like to contribute ideas or anything on the development side as in images or where to get or make a decently working forum, they would be more than welcome.

I have all the Death Note fonts thanks for the link though. The main title is actually using Ryuk’s Handwriting. But you need to have them installed to see it. I'll probalby replace it with an image so atleast the title will be in the properfont reguardless. I'll be posting a link to that site for people to download the fonts to view the site properly.

I am trying to keep it nice and simple just like the notebook itself. Hence why the website looks like pages from the notebook. I'll most likely build a more dynamically looking fan site around this one.

The aim of the game is simple.

Kira must kill off all people who are trying to capture him.

And if your not Kida you must find out who he is and capture him.

Basically everyone creates a character and gives this character a name. However if you are part of the task force who is trying to capture Kira, this name is not your characters True name, the characters real name is your own name (as in the person playing that character).

Kira must figure a way to find out your true name and face in order to kill you. The player who is acting as Kira will have two accounts. One for acting out his character and the other to act out as Kira in a private (or public depending on how he/she wants to play) forum.

If you are not on the task force itself or even Kira there are other things for you to do and there will be rewards for doing them. As part of this general public you can finance your own investigations to catch Kira to stop him or even replace him for your own gain. L can even recruit you into his/her taskforce from this "general public"

The hardest part for me right now is to try and make the "General Public" more exciting and more interactive in the actual game itself, I dont want these people to be bored or not interested if I can I would like these people to be the core of the game.

May I also point out that you can use any means to catch Kira, that incudes: kidnapping other players, interrogations or even more drastic measures. Its up to the players themselves.order abortion pill morning after pill price where to buy abortion pill

You'll have to wait and see, to be fair I'll build a random "L and Kira" generator. Who knows you might end up as Kira, you even may end up as L or perhaps you'll end up replacing them.

But like I said even if you are not L or Kira you can always set up your own investigation force. I'll explain more on how that works later on. But if you have any ideas that you'll think are good for the game, my email address is in my profile drop me a line or just post them here. I may not post that often but I've always been checking this site almost every day since I signed up.

I loved the first movie quite different from the Manga but it was done brilliantly. I also cant wait to get the Anime, however I cannot stand Lights voice in english.

Done some more work on the site but I havn't uploaded it yet. LOL I see I'll keep an eye out for them. What you want to get is a DVD player like mine, Region Free. You can plug any surround sound speakers into the actual DVD player itself. But I have another DVD player for that lol, this is small and I only keep it around to play imports.

Having some issues getting sound to play in other browsers mostly Firefox. The usual tag isnt working I've tried a few other options such as and but Firefox still refuses to play nice. Any ideas on what I should try next?

Just wanted to post My review of the Death Note Movie.

Alright. For those who are wondering, "How did Sora get his flippin' grubby mitts of a Copy of Death Note and DN: LN (The Last Name)!?" Read this thread. Alright. Let's get this Death Train rollin', eh'?

[MAIJOR SPOILERS]
DEATH NOTE
NOTE: This movie was RAW, no subtitles or nothing. If you have see a version with subtitles, and I have gotten something wrong, please correct me.

The film starts out with a montage of the Deaths of Criminals. Yada Yada. Skip to 4 mins. later. We get a beautiful Title sequende of the Screen turning into the Notebook with the words "DEATH NOTE" being burned into the top. Then we go to a scene of Yagami Light playing Basketball, and owning everyone else. The hand him Money. Apparantly he was betting. Then, we see Shiori watching Light. She is Light's girlfriend. The Go to a Cafeteria, and Talk. I think the talk about their opinions about Kira. Then we go to a scene where Light is in a Saloon. (This scene takes place in the past.) He walks in and sits down. A crazed man his sitting at a table behind him. He's a killer, apparantly. Light Looks over his sholder, and one of his subordinates sees Light. Then the crazy Guy comes near him. He speaks some crazy Japanese babble, and pulls a switchblade on Light. Then Light runs away. Outside the Saloon, he picks up the Death Note. He runs home, and trys it out. Next morning, the person he wrote down dies. Then Light goes bck to where he found the Death Note. Ryuk Shous up, and the go to Lights house. Light starts bcoming "Kira". Then, The NPA starts a Anti-Kira group, consisting of a lot of people. Then, they set a trap. Lind L Taylor, A Detective fighting Kira apperes on the screen. After his speech about Kira, Light kills him using the Death Note. Then the real L apperes. He challenges Kira to see who wins. Kira or L. After the Anti-Kira Taskforce realizes what kind of firepower Kira has, most of them leave. We are left with about 7 people. Then, those 7 people meet the elusive L. The Taskforce has Suspected Light, and has placed hidden cameras. Watching his every move, they monitor him. Light finds this out, and uses different methods to Punish criminals. After Light is cleared of Suspicion, they still hire one person to follow him around. Raye Penbar, an American FBI agent if hired to snoop in on Light. Light goes to a theme park Shiori, but as they get on the bus, Raye gets the seat behind them. Then, a criminal gets on the bus and takes hostages. Then, Light gives a note to Shiori, probably to tell her to calm down, then Light drops it, and tries to pick it back up. The criminal picks it up, making sure Light wasn't going to jump him. Then The criminal sees Ryuk. He fires all of his bulllets at Ryuk, but to no avail. Then he goes out of the bus in fear, and is hit by a car. He dies. This was actually a plan from Light to find out Raye Penbar and kill a criminal at the same time. The day after, Kira meets up with Raye at the subway. Light orders to write the other FBI agents on a slip of paper (Which is actually a page from the Death Note). The After Raye gets out, He is killed by Kira. Raye's Fiancee, Naomi Misora, come to his side while he dies. Then Naomi become part of the Anti-Kira Taskforce. She meets up with Light, and meets his girl friend Shiori. Later, after many periods of killing criminals, Light gets a call from Shiori. Shiori wants to meet Light a the Museum of Art. Shiori is being held hostage by Naomi Misora. Light gets there, and L and the other are watching their "meeting". Shiori tries to get away from Naomi and run twords Light. Then Naomi Pops a cap in Shiori's ass (Back actually). Shiori falls down, and she is dieing. Then Naomi, realizing what she has done, puts the gun to her head, and sends her brains a-scatterin'. Uploaded the Rules into pages on the site so you can read them easier without having to download the actual files themselves.

Any thing you think should be changed just copy paste the original rule here and then the edited version under it. Or if you think I should add something.

Plus where can I cheaply get a forum?? I havn't made one in some time and I don't have alot of cash to throw about lol.

Also next update will most likely be a character creation system. I'll have to set up an Auto email system if I can, any clues on that would be a great help.
