Well, almost -- it certainly looks very similar... The crazy part is that the wheel works as it's pictured. I think these motorbikes were made in the early nineties.

Maybe now, when they make that Tron sequel, they can use these things instead of just computer animated light cycles. (or not. it'll depend, I guess.)
