In the past two milleniums, I would say under 50 people have been killed by stingrays. and to add, of all the people to be killed, THE CROCODILE HUNTER???? I mean a snake or a shark or a alligator maybe, BUT A STINGRAY???? HOW MANY CASUALTIES ARE CAUSED BY STINGRAYS?!?!?!?!?!?!
Well, we all knew it was coming. Just not in this manner.

He could have been the last Australian man to say the word 'Crikey!' and mean it.
Poor guy. But he wasn't killed by a crocodile, so I suppose he always kept his title as the Crocodile Hunter.
His show was great. RIP Steve Irwin.

The poor bloke got stabbed in the chest by some punk stingray, that's no way for the Crocodile Hunter to go. But at the very least he died doing what he loved.
