Took my mom to get some blood work today. While in the waiting room a lady sat down one seat away from me. She looked familiar. Wait, could it be? YES, IT IS! My second grade teacher! Ah, memories... This is the same teacher who tried to ban me from pencils cause I doodled on everything, the same teacher who said drawing was not good for a child my age, the same teacher who said I would be an anti-social outcast when I was older because of where I lived, the same teacher who said I was a cronic liar because I, being a very imaginitive child, told his friends there where dinosaur bones near my house, which was a old half buried cow skeleton I found around the time we where studying dinosaurs. I was a kid, what do you expect?
I feel GREAT at being able to laugh at her at how wrong she is about me. So a big to you my second grade teacher!order abortion pill morning after pill price where to buy abortion pill https://www.flickr.com/photos/blue_bezel/ |

I finally received my pair of Tron shoes. The only problem is that they are waaaaay too nice to wear.
For those of you who haven't bought them yet, what on earth are you waiting for ? Probably my favorite Tron purchase in at least a year or more.

I got free at work today a 20 inch Sun Microsystem monitor that works on a regular pc as well as it will work with the O2 that I have from a friend of mine. I was hoping to still find that Amiga A500 that we have over here. Just found it this morning 2 of them with cables, printer, and drives for it. but no Operating system for it though. Was goig to try and surprise QIXXX with it if I cuold have gotten my hands on it.

To compute or not to compute that is the question at hand. Tis nobler to compile in C++ or in TASM.

Better than what I dug up as a kid thinking it was a dinosaur bone. I'll give you a hint.... "cat turd".
Did you go over and tell her how horrible a teacher she was? I probably would have.

Yikes... That is a rather disturbing find Boingo. Just what was your cat eating to make you think that? Funny thing is fossils are easy to find here at home in the creekbed. There are tons of fossilized shells. Love stumbleing upon fossilized coral bits, which is rarer. Arrowheads can be found in hot spots in our fields too.

Nah, even though she was only one seat away, I didn't want to give her the luxury. Guess I'm just too nice. I had my drawing folder with me to doodle while waiting for mom to get her blood work. It also has alot of my work so I could of opened it in her face while saying "Drawing wasn't good for a child my age huh bitch?!"
I remember not being allowed to draw in her class. I never understood why it was so wrong. She would watch me like a hawk. I payed attention like everyone else. If I doodled during class, she would snatch up my drawings, while making a scene in the process, and not return them. I hated that! Being the only one that really drew in class made me feel I was being singled out, which I actually was. Most of the drawings where ideas related to what we where learning about at that time. Well, after that I started drawing on class assignments and tests. If she would of let me doodle on a freakin' separate sheet of paper I wouldn't of resorted to such. My parents had to deal with her. She was pretty ugly towards them. She actually told my dad that I was going to be a misfit and asked him if he EVER played with me as a child. The principle had a good word with her. She was later demoted to librarian.
A side note about my drawing in elementary school, I drew a cover that was used on one of the yearbooks. Wonder if she hated that?
A pencil ban... seriously, I REALLY must have pissed her off with my doodeling. I'm such a little sketch-bastard. on line abortion pill misoprostol dose abortion medical abortion pill online https://www.flickr.com/photos/blue_bezel/ |

Out here, Hohokam potsherds are very common (ca. 1200 a.d). You can usually find some with painting on them if you're patient and look hard enough. It's a big no-no to pick them up, though, and punishable by law. Fossils are more common in the hills here in Az than anywhere else, depending on the type of rock. You can find crinoids pretty easy, but you have to go looking for them.

Sounds more like a control issue than anything else. She probably felt that if you were doodling, that you weren't paying attention to HER, the star of the show.
I doodle in meetings and a few people have commented on it. I HAVE to do it to focus on what people are saying, otherwise I start to daydream. It's more of something to keep my mind focused. I usually don't know what I am doodling, but can tell you everything that was said in the meeting.

Yesterday I bought two cool items from Timothy C's collection, and today I booked my tickets for Snakes on a Plane tomorrow.
Could it get better?
Yes, by seeing Snakes on a Plane! (Twitches, waiting for 11am tomorrow)

Today I got to see the wooden flatbed filecabinets a friend of ours is building for me that'll go to my apartment and organize the scrap paper and artwork pile that has taken refuge in a corner. It's going to kick major boothay!

Yeah it had to be about control, but it was just ridiculious how much of an issue she made of it with me. Thank goodness the school art program started and created an outlet for me. Everyone else hated it but me. Heh.
Hey, I'm the same way, I draw to pay attention too.
If I don't my mind waunders off and gets lost in a ditch somewhere five miles away.

I have to say it's the best movie I've ever seen.
Go watch it. Samuel L Jackson commands thee!
There's a character called Flynn, and another character that looks a bit like Jeff Bridges. Coincidence? Yes.

WHOO HOO!
Today I have filterer my pile-o-art-and-paperama into my two flat-bed file cabinets that a friend built. This is so freakin' awsome! FINALLY, the clutter corner is no more! It has been struck down with avengence!MWAHAHAHAHA! I actually have more room now in my apartment thanks to these sleek file cabinets, which my dad and I stained and glossed ourselves.
Also switched display cabinets with one from back home and now my robot collection, well what worth fits in it anyway, is now sittin' pretty with a cabinet light and glass shelves. Biddi biddi biddi.
Now to put up my other Tron posters I brought with me.
It feels GREAT to get the Sketch Pad organized! Specially with classes starting on the 28th.
