Where have the classics gone?

on Monday, August, 07, 2006 12:24 PM
I, as being a person who only watches Cartoon Network, because I have nothing better to do, have noticed that nothing beats the originals. Kids must be so stupd to watch this crap these days. You could make a show called "Humble Hippos" and have it do nothing about hippopotamuses and humbling, and it would be a smash hit. Lets look back at cartoons in the past.

1. Looney Toons. The one that started it all. Also spawned so many knock offs, and Space Jam *Shudder*.

2. Scooby Doo. In my opinion, I don't like Scooby Doo. It gets really repetitive after 10 episodes, but never the less, a classic.

3. Mickey Mouse. The originals 1920-1970's. Not the Disney Channel crap.

4. Invader Zim. Even though it was made in 2003, it shall remain a classic. It was the first Gothic/Sci-Fi/Humor. Plus it's better then most of that nickolodeon crapola.

5. Cartoon Network 90's. The cartoons that put it on the map.
Nothin beats those.

I might be labled as an idiot because I watch Cartoon Network at an age over 11, but bear with me here. Please reply.where to buy abortion pill ordering abortion pills to be shipped to house buy abortion pill online

I miss Zim. Jhonen Vasquez was treated horribly by Nick, and really deserved better for his amazingness.

I also miss stuff like Ren & Stimpy, Aaah! Real Monsters, Rocko's Modern Life...

Those were the good days of cartoons to be sure. The only one that survived those is Hey Arnold.

Aaah! Real Monsters was the FIRST gothic/humor cartoon on kids TV as far as I know. And you know what? It was awesome.
