Just so you know, it will be on the 360 as well and paying for the system is MUCH cheaper - unless you're wanting it as a blu-ray player.
But Portal looks FRIGGIN' AWESOME! That game should be muy fun!
Dude, is not Knights of the Old Republic the best thing to happen to Star Wars since The Empire Strikes Back - well, the Clone Wars cartoon series, too. UNBELIEVABLE GAME!abortion pills online abortion pill online purchase cytotec abortion

That and to interact with my PSP (downloading games etc).
There are also some PS proprietary titles that I have come to love over the years... Ratchett And Clank, Final Fantasy (although I heard rumors that franchise is moving to Nintendo.... just rumors though), and if any new game from the team that did Ico and Shadow Of The Colossus comes out it will be on the PS3.

Are there any Guitar Hero type of games that actually teach you how to play the guitar? All I've ever seen are 4 or 5 big colorful buttons that you press. It's fun, but you don't really learn anything about playing the guitar (except timing)... and don't build up the dexterity for it.
I'll only list some of my games:
* Tron 2.0
* Thief 2
I'm getting out of here right now, and you guys are invited. -----^ |

A real guitar, maybe?
My list:
SEGA:
Game Gear
Mega Drive
Saturn
Dreamcast (x2, possibly x3 soon)
Nintendo:
SNES
GameBoy Colour (hardly ever used it)
Sony:
Playstation 2 (which I sold very quickly)
And a Commodore 64! (I love eBay!)
I would list the games, but I'd be here all day.
EDIT: Oops, just noticed I already posted in this thread. Oh well - I didn't have a C64 or a SEGA Saturn in my last post, so this is a slight update.

Probably stating the obvious, but Final Fantasy did start on the NES

I too thought that TI's basic was great for programming w/ good editing features. Had some fun w/ my acoustic modem. I was addicted to this text based muti-gamer program where you build and defend a planet but I can't remember the name. "This isn't happening, it only thinks it's happening"-Kevin Flynn

Oh, you would NOT believe how many 2600 games I have...
Somewhere around 230 I think?
The problem I have with 2600 games is that you can't really understand squat about the game unless you have the manual. Oh well, we can get 'em all from the web.
If I posted all of the games and systems I have, it would probably crash the site's server. That would be one huge post.
So, I will save the server and list all the consoles I have! Well, at least the ones I can think of.
Sega:
Master System
Genesis
CD
32X
Saturn
Dreamcast
Nintendo:
NES
SNES
Virtual Boy
N64
GCN
Wii
Magnavox:
Odyssey

Atari:

(Curse you Jaguar and your rarity!)
Fairchild:
System F
Unknown:
Vectrex
Sony:
PS1
PS2
(PS3 too expen$ive!)
Microsoft:
XBOX
(Not getting a 360 degrees farenheight )
NEC:
TurboGraphx-16
Probably lots more that I can't think of.
TRON 2.0 (PC) name - TRON.dll
I'll play any mode, but I'm best at LC.
PSN - TRON-dll
XBOX Live/Games for Windows Live - TRONdll
-I have a Wii, DS, and 3DS. PM me to exchange friend codes. |

Yes, because a real guitar plugs into your TV and you then play Guitar Hero types of games with it. ? sure.
How about they create a cheap gimmicky guitar with real strings on it, and you have to match the notes and chords that play on the TV in a Guitar Hero fashion. Oh wait, that'd probably be too difficult for people. We need big colorful buttons so 4 year olds can play and so adults can play at parties, because nobody wants to actually learn how to play the guitar using games. It wouldn't sell and learning shouldn't be fun, so you're right... people should just use a real guitar and sheet music.
