He gang. This is Auric (Gasp! He's Alive!?!?!?), and I wanted to let you know some changes are coming.

First off, I'm going to disable the Who's On page for a short time. I have a sneaky suspicion it may play a roll in the Identity Bug. So as a result I'm going to re-write it from scratch. We'll see how it goes

Secondly, I'll be revamping the Image Gallery. I'll be adding some new features, as well as a slideshow mode.

Most of this will start today and be going on for about a week or so. Expect the Who's On page to be offline for the weekend at least.

Who's On has been updated. So it's working with a new foundation. The original did some stuff that may have been de-synching the Users collections, causing the Identity Theft.

This is a theory based on some research I did into how IIS handles sessions.

Time will tell. Yell if you get caught by the ident bug.

Excellent! The identity shifting was getting a bit out of hand, so I hope this does the trick!

That sounds really cool! I'm sure everyone will enjoy the ability to view the ever-growing image galleries in slide-show mode!

Auric ca you check the coding. WHen I was trying to add a reply to tron 1 issue without quoting it had trouble adding my reply back to it unless I added the quote from realtodd.. Because after I entered in my reply it brought me to a blank page instead of inserting my reply underneath todds one withut quotes. There might be a bug sneaking around on that part. Or a link mislead somewhere.

Actually, that's a pretty useful feature!

Hrmm.... I'm not all that sure I like it. It shrinks the forum text area too much.

I don't like it. But I'll be used to it inside a week, knowing me, so don't mind me...

I guess my beef isn't so much with size as design. The forum space is shrunk, but the I/O tower area extends only so far down. So after a bit you can see the game grid background on the right hand side. I just think it looks a little odd is all..... but it won't keep me from coming here
