EPILOGUE TO CABINET SAGA

Today I got the call from lurkinghorror to come pick up the cabinet. I went outside to dust if off and generally get it ready to transport. When I plugged it in and powered it up, the Gladiator game booted! It was as if the program knew it was going away and fired up for the last time. So I played a few last Gladiator games even though the buttons were somewhat stuck:

Not surprisingly, I still sucked at it- so much for the magical supreme high score moment. Anyway, even though it was sad seeing it go (I've had that game longer than I've been married) I was glad to see it go to a good home.
