Tron-Sector started out as Auric's Home Sector. Martin and I were running Esotek's Tron Archive then... way back in 1997. Auric and I began to communicate about merging. We approached the other TRON sites of the time, including Guy's mega TRON Page. Eventually, we agreed that a merge would benefit all.
To answer the question about merging Guy's stuff here, I was importing stuff there for a while but the system was buggy at times and I got sidetracked.
You can also see the history of the sites by setting your Wayback Machines...

It looks like they don't go as far back as they used to.
I know these links have been posted somewhere before on the forums but it has been a while and maybe some users haven't seen it yet.

Wow, Dave... Has it been that long?
I still remember this site before the upgraded artwork... it was great then... and even better now.... Not only is the movie getting better with age, but so are we...
May the great users bless us all....
We really do need a timeline/history feature.... and I'd love to be part of that project only if I'm giving correct dates and additional information...
(I'd also use spell check).. lol

Well I could make a history archive if I had all the neccessary elements. I made a history archive for S.S.O., oh... wait... that's top secret. But one thing I can never get is a FULL history to make one...
in my personal opinion, only the original makers of Tron-Sector are fit to make a history archive.
