We have Japanese Anime to thank for giving them 20+ years to practice.

I dunno. It looks like it could be real. But I'm a little out on that. The fluidity of the movements are kinda suspicious... especially near the end. But then again, robotics and technology are advancing every day. So I could be wrong.
