How about Knight Rider. That was a good one even though we all kneweventually that the car couldn't doo all those kind of crazy stunts. I was wondering if anyone remembers from Knight Rider. THere was this flat nose truck they had used in one episode where it was suppose to be like Karr Almost. Was it in one of the opisodes in it?

Whoa! That's crazy, Compucore. I watched a few of these cartoon intros then went to take a bite of my chicken pot pie and totally envisioned the Knight Rider intro in my head, with the music. Looked up at the computer screen after about 10 seconds of thinking about Knight Rider and there was your post! Excellent!
But ask and you shall receive!! I love this music!
http://www.retrojunk.com/details_theme/20/
I seem to remember that truck, too... but not positive. To vague of memory on that here...
That site rules, thanks laphtiya!
I remember a number of those cartoons. Unfortunately, ThunderCats wasn't one I remember watching much of, but I played the Commodore 64 video game of it a lot! I think that cartoon may have been on a brand new "UHF" station that came on the air around here, instead of the typical "VHF". I know Voltron was on UHF, and it was by freak accident that my brother and I discovered there was actually a UHF channel We were ecstatic to see this "Voltron" for the first time.
PS: Holy cow! I totally remember that M.A.S.K. intro music, but don't remember much about the cartoon, if anything. Weird! That's awesome.
I'm getting out of here right now, and you guys are invited. -----^ |

Hi Traahn,
Yeah I had to do some research here personally on it Cause it was driving me crazy. And sure enough there it was. There were 2 eposides of it. But they were a 2 part series. So a total of 4 episode in all for that. The episode was called Golaith and Goliath returns I think. I thought that one was cool I'm trying through some of my sources on the net to see if I can find at least one of the two episodes.
I think at one time I liked those two episode at one point cause the flat nose truck was cool. Since it was very similar to Kitt.

No problem! I didn't think you had that.
I liked Automan a lot as a kid; mainly because I think I went googly-eyed over the Tron lighting effects.
In fact, I think I was in a googly-eyed daze with Tron the movie the first 10 times I saw it. I missed many plot- and conversational-related elements in Tron all the way through my childhood. It wasn't until my early 20s that I started to try to pay more attention to the story intracies So, in some ways, Tron was new to me all over again!
Regarding Tron, I found this on that retrojunk.com site. It bummed me out in a few places due to it being made fun of a few times; but it also cracked me up in several places It's an interesting piece-by-piece journey thru the movie...

Yeah I know. But you know what Traahn. That means we were thinking on the same wave length at one point. And it just clicked like the devil himself on it. And like wow something just happened there. Yeah For some strange reason when I had seen the image for a moment there. I was thinking in the back of my head. That there was some kind of truck that Kitt had to fight against and it had me thinking over here like crazy with the music as well. I have no idea why that was stuck in my head for the longest time over here. I don't remember the exact episode for the two of them but I do remember the truck. Didn't it have a steel reinforce mesh in front of the grill like in a grid almost. Its hard to tell by the picture you had posted up there. I'm tring to rmemeber off hand my vague images of it. And I don't remember if it was totaly like kit where it spoke like Kitt or Karr at all.
But it was a show that some how stuck inmy head for the longest time. (starts doing the Billy joel acapella version of for the longest time. )

A guy sells bootleg DVD sets on Ebay of the entire series all the time.
I just bought Kolchak: The Night Stalker and The Adventures of Brisco County Jr. from one and they are really good.

I have them all on DVD. I offered at one point to put them all on DVD for anyone who wanted them, but no one took me up on the offer.
If you still want them, PM me and we'll work something out.
And Tori... what is that word on the guy all the way to the right in the picture in your sig.? Does that actually say what I think it says???!!
