Very nice...pop off the side and give the glory shot of the guts when you get a chance. Also have you ran any benchmarks on it? I'd like to see 3dmark and super pi scores
with that much power, you might think about participating in distributed computing projects. Shiny indeed! This thing is like a black mirror. They paint it with real automotive paint, lay down multiple coats and finish it off with a clearcoat just like a car.
And yes, they gave me a wicked-cool coffee cup!
They also threw in some Falcon Fuel a "deliciously smooth high-caffeine blend created for Falcon Northwest," a gaming mouse pad and a tee-shirt.

I did want to buy an Intel CPU, but all of the tests on the 'net plainly show that the CPU to buy for gaming right now is an AMD. So, I put aside my Intel fanboyism and bought AMD.

Thanks! I'll be taking pictures of the inside when I open it up to install the Sound Blaster X-Fi Fatal1ty FPS. I couldn't order it from Falcon yet, so I'll install it when it comes out, which is next month I think. Or it might be October. Either way, I've got onboard sound to tide me over.
Though I might just crack it open for a peek earlier than that! 
Distributed computing? I never really considered it before because I didn't have the power. Plus, I normally shut off my PC when I'm done with it. Maybe I'll take another look at it.

All I can say is, what a HUGE difference a faster PC makes! The game looks great, and with any luck the lightcycle grid will have a new terror - ME!
I only played with my new PC for about an hour before I put it back in the box. I need to rearrange everything on my computer desk so I can set up the new PC permanently; I just want to make sure that paint job is safe!
I just need to stop at CompUSA on my way home from work today to get a keyboard splitter so I can use the same kb for both my new and old PC's.

I managed to track down a Sound Blaster X-Fi Fatal1ty FPS sound card in a Manhattan Best Buy yesterday, so I went into the city and snagged it!
Here are a few shots of the guts of my PC with the new sound card installed:
Once I get it cleaned up, I'll post a pic of my desk.
I invite you all to post pics of your setups! What cool toys, bric-a-brac, knickknacks, and whatnot do you decorate your PC with?

mmmmmmm the inside looks even better then the slick paintjob. The x-fi is a really impressive piece of tech...i know its just a sound card....but it can do more operations a second then a P4 3.2ghz EE

Thanks. It's been a great little desk. Used to be my grandparents. The curved edge doesn't hurt your forearms when typing or writing like regualr straight edged desks.
