To compute or not to compute that is the question at hand. Tis nobler to compile in C++ or in TASM.

That's cool... I suppose. Except I already have a PSP and a iPod. I wonder what market segment commodore thinks it's going to attract by making yet ANOTHER portable media player. Is this more a European thing?

Now, what would have been cool is if it came with a fully functional commodore 64 emulator that could play roms you download off the internet. Now THAT would have been pretty neat.

The thing I find funny about companies like Commodore and Atari is . . . they exist in name only, now. They're not the same companies they were years ago. The people that made them what they were, are long gone.

As for this gadget, just what we needed. Another Video/MP3/Game player. Like there aren't enough already. Competition is good, but when companies start bringing out dozens of "me too" copycats it gets a little ridiculous.

Seriously, what makes them think their gadgets are going to outsell the iPod and PSP? Unless they've got something amazing to offer, they won't.

I read more about this on the net. It's apparently some kind of existing technology that commodore might just be putting it's name on. If it's even for real. But It's not a REAL genuine commodore product, just a generic thing that then has the brand applied to it.

Kind of like..... uhmm....like a PC. All the internal parts are different companies manufacture, but the PC companies just put them all together and put their name on it.

Looks nice. I don't own any type of portable media player like an I-Pod. It's nice to see the Commodore logo on something new and state of the art. Thing is it feels like they are trying to ride on name brand in hopes of sales. Kia, if I'm wrong about this tell me, I want to be wrong about that.

I hope Commodore makes a come back eventually.abortion pills online abortion questions cytotec abortion

Omg I thought Commodore pritty much went the way of the Dinosaurs. I still have a fully working Vic-20 and the later 128 and a Commadore Amiga. With a few Tron like games, as well as the Arcade.

Wow its nice to know there still going they made good machines.

You're not, Sketch. =/

The only thing I bought under the Commodore label was C64DTV (a joystick with c64 games crammed in it. XP)

That's all I'll ever really buy under that label are the true games with a emulated c64 in some sort of case.

Kia: Cool. I'm a infamous mythological perfect User.

Even though I don't personally own one of these. I always like to share stuff like this that I do find here. Brings back some old memorys of th popular computs that we all had one time or another or still do have and use on ocassion there. Like the C64.
